Out to my friend s tonight so probably having a glass or 2 of wine n maybe a chicken wrap x

Today's Menu

B Yoghurt,agave,strawberries
L Lamb and mushy pea's
D Pork fillet black bean stir fry,minus the noodles
S 40g reduce fat cheese(maybe)

I'm not great at having snacks that's why I put maybe :)

Drinks 300ml juice mixed with 1 litre of water
 
Today's menu.

B - Bacon toastie made with warburtons thin and 20g of cheese.
L - Fage Greek yogurt with strawberries & grapes.
T - 150g fillet steak, steamed veg and pepper sauce.
S - No snack today. Didn't feel like one.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, nas still flavoured water.

Lunch - chicken drumsticks and light mayo
Snack - baby bel
Tea - Chinese, didn't touch rice or chips just small portion of lush Chinese foods
 
I feel lucky that beef is ok. Not tried steak yet though.
Just had done beef in blackbean sauce. I do appreciate the taste of flavours now the volume of good has gone.
 
Hi all! I think that beef is actually the meat I find the easiest to digest, granted I dont have problems with anything much. But with all meat its choosing the cut.

Had a super day today, hubbie and I went for a day trip to London. Had a surprise meet up with my cousin, who I haven't seen for 6 years! Lots of walking, I'm so tired now.

B: 2 breakfast biscuits. 2 babybel.
S: Cappuccino. 1/2 cup of 'revitalizer' juice
S: 250ml orange juice (with 250ml water). Husband says dont need to drink, as got high from juice
L: Shared a ploughman's platter, a little quiche, some Stilton, cheddar and lettuce.
S: Cafe latte.
D: 75g beef burger, 30g cheese a little light mayo and ketchup.

Fluids total 2.5 litres.

Morning all, hope your weekends are all going down nicely.

Yesterday's menu:
B:multigrain cereal with ss milk (little bowl)
S:frazzles
L:Nothing. I went in the gym around lunch time and came out feeling sick so I couldn't stomach anything.
D:2 spoonfuls of rice and a couple of bit size pieces of chicken from a chicken curry.
S:2 little chocolates from a thorntons box of chocs
Water and J20 to drink. 40 mins in the gym.

Today I'm going swimming I shall post up my menu this evening for today. Have a good day all. X
 
Yesterdays menu
B- 2 melba, lf Philly, eight grapes
L- half a small roll topped with mashed egg, bag hoops n crosses
D- out with Mr - deconstructed bouillabaisse starter with scallop,mussels,cockles, main belly pork 3 ways, warm potato,tomato,onion and olive salad (bad choice belly pork tasty but couldn't bear to eat it) glass champagne, vodka over ice with fresh lime n lemonade.

L- roast pheasant with stuffing and bacon, carrot, green beans, roast potato, mash, cauli, broccoli, gravy, yorkie
D- same as lunch probably
Homemade apple pie, scoop vanilla ice cream.
Tea, water and nas
 
Hope everyone has had a nice weekend. Here's my menu for today.

B - Bacon sandwich with a scrape of brown sauce.
L - Slow cooked pork loin, tsp of swede, steamed veg, 1 broccoli spear, 1 asparagus spear, gravy.
T - Same as above.
S - Fage with grapes and strawberries.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, nas still flavoured water.

B: 2 rashers bacon, poached egg, little ketchup and light mayo.
S: Cafe latte.
L: 50g Tuna, with light mayo. 2 melbas.
D: 1/2 pork loin chop, with some carrots and broccoli.
S: Homemade frozen summer fruit and yoghurt dessert (feels like ice cream).

2.5 litres fluid.

Tea- going to have cheese and crackers later
Been for dog walk in fresh air. Bloody freezing now!
 
Hi guys,

Todays menu,

L:nothing have been to the gym for some swimming.
D:a BBQ, having loads of diff meat, chicken, skewers,msteak, ribs, burgers sausages,ill just pick what I fancy when Its ready.that will be with ceaser salad and golden veg rice, I'll have I wont have any roast pots.
S: maybe a fab ice lolly a lill later on.
