Hi Strange food day, its that time of the month where my hungry head hormones kick in! If you know what I mean.
Breakfast - small slice quiche
Lunch - 1/2 brown wrap, chicken with some sour cream, salsa and green stuff
Tea - half corn on the cob, plus 4 mouthfuls of chicken tikka with a bit of rice. First time I have had rice, maybe the craving for it will go now. I have had this early because I have picked off the kids plates, which is shocking and unnecessary.
Snacks - already had 1 instants hot choc, may have a weight watchers one later and probably a Weetabix as I will need something later because I have had tea so early!
Drinks - black Americano, juice

D: 50g Sirloin steak, 30g wedges. 25g cheese with ketchup.
P: Danio strawberry yoghurt.

500ml skimmed milk used in coffee/tea. Fluids 3 litres.

Drinks 1 litre of volvic and 300ml of milk made into coffee(not had yet)
 
Went to the Rochester Sweeps festival today, walked there and back so a good 5 mile walk. Lots of folk music and Morris dancing, and a good day had by all. Except when I had a bit of my husband's hog roast, and ended up getting it stuck and it coming back to me in the cathedral cloister - I'm classy me. Haha.

B: LF sausage, 1 rasher bacon, 70g baked beans.
S: 100ml orange juice.
L: Atkins almond and cranberry bar and approx 30g roast pork.
S: 1 babybel. Lucozade lite.
D: 100g beef burger, 25g cheese, ketchup.


200ml skimmed milk in drinks. 2.5 litres fluids.
 
Hi all. I had a lovely pampering day yesterday. Had my nails done and a pedicure and did a spot of shopping. Had a party to go to last night, more of a BBQ get together.

Yesterday's menu..
Breakfast: Dairylea dunker, one chicken tikka piece and a petit filous
Lunch: 2 bites of a sausage, 2 bites of bacon, 2 bites of a hash brown and a little beans from the cafe
Dinner: little bit of salad and coleslaw, half a small roast tatty, half a baby gherkin, mozzarella balls and some olives and one rib.
S: I had a slither of b day cake to which I ate half. X

Happy Bank Holiday. Wish I was goin out but not goin anywhere. Am at work tomorrow first time I have ever worked on a bank holiday, because we don't drive usually bored out my skull, well I WONT BE TOMORROW.

Happy bank holiday everyone!!! An extra day off for me tomorrow, which is much needed after a super stressful week. Lost another 2lb this week, which takes me to a 9st 2lb loss altogether. Hopefully next week ill hit my personal target of being under 200lb by the end of may. Here's today's menu.

B - Fage (100g) with raspberries and grapes.
L - Slow cooked beef, tsp of swede, asparagus spear, 50g of mixed steamed veg and gravy.
T - Same as above.
S - A choc ice (feel bad about it)

Drinks - Tea, coffee, nas still flavoured water.

Hi everyone. The sun is out! Been for nice walk in the park with hubby, my parents, my boys and the dog. I am looking forward to maybe trying a bike tide in the next few weeks!
Breakfast - banana
Dinner - half of a small plate of Sunday dinner.
Then pain! And I am sipping water after sleeping for a couple of hours. I had the first lot if stomach pain since the op, really hurt. I was thirsty so think a couple of things were to blame.
- drinking straight after eating (2 gulps)
- really needed the loo (sorry to be graphic)
- about to be time of the month
- no strong costa coffee today!
I am going to try and just have a hot choc later as my fluids have been to low. And I haven't had much.

L- red mullet, sea bream, salmon on crushed new pots, in a creamy salmon sauce, peas (went to a fish restaurant followed by a walk in the sun round a local lake and a solero for me a Mr whippy for him...solero 94 cals of yumm....ate half
D- morrisons salad box (about a third of a small tub)

First day back to work tomorrow, 12.5 hours. Trust me, it looks like its going to be the hottest day of the year so far.

D: Mini pork roast, 50g pork, 25g brocolli, 20g carrot, 30g roast potato, tsp apple sauce and gravy.
P: Danio peach yoghurt.

400mls milk for drinks. 2.5 litres fluid.

Drinks 1 litre volvic and 600ml of water in hot drinks.
 
My job is going ok thanks am in tomorrow for bank holiday, I have never worked bank holiday before would only be bored at home so might as well be x Have a lovely day tomorrow supposed to be a nice day xx
 
My job is working with 16-25 year olds who live in a sheltered accommodation unit. we are assigned a case load and have to encourage general welfare, help with budgeting skills find courses etc. and encourage independent living, liaising with other outside agencies. Never a dull moment. Lots of documentation required everything is to be logged. So far I am feeling quite excited by it all but we will see after a month there are some lovely young'uns there, all kinds of probs. xxxx

The suns out and beaming through my velux window!! Hope you all have a lovely Monday!!! I live in south London and its supposed to rain for the rest of the week so I shall make the most of the family BBQ this afternoon.

Yesterday's menu:
Breakfast: Dairylea dunker and half a pot of petit filous
Lunch: a handful of quavers in the pub and a j20
Dinner: a small portion of homemade lasagne followed by 2 bites of a flake

Water, NAS, tea to drink.

Today's menu:
Breakfast: Dairylea dunker, other half of petit filous
Lunch: chicken tikka bites
Dinner: at the BBQ so I shall eat some chicken and probably a sausage.
