Some nice food ideas on here. Hope everyone has enjoyed the 2 sunny days. I don't get in til 6 these days, so have had my tea sitting outside when I got home last nite n tonite.

menu today-

B 1 YOGHURT MSSBB TOASTED

L MELBA TOAST N PATE, GRAPES
S PEANUT COOKIE
D SALAD, HAM, EGG, COLESLAW
1 DIGESTIVE

NAUGHYT WITH THE SWEET STUFF JUST NEEDED BIT OF SUMMAT TODAY.

TEA, COFFEE, WATER
 
B- dairylea dunker bar two sticks
L- half a children's portion turkey salad subway
S- other half turkey subway
L- small salad, small piece basa fillet, ww choc mousse
S- special k bar, ten raisins
Water, tea

Man o man, what a day. My 3 month appointment at Chichester today, arrived 40 mins late. Traffic was terrible there and back. Big thanks to Lisa (Funky24) for letting them know I was late too.

Everything fine, she seemed very happy with me. Weight loss at the upper end of what they expect at this stage, so that was nice to know. Told me to just keep on doing what I'm doing, as I'm doing well. she actually said I could afford to have a few more carbs, haha.

That said, crap day with food because of all the traffic.

B: 200ml milk. Babybel and 1/2 protein bar.
L: I missed this completely because of the bleeping M25. Medium Iced latte from starbucks.
S: 1/2 a burger (no bread).
D: Pork stir fry with a few rice noodles and 5 prawn crackers.
S: Danio blueberry yogurt.
 
Oh yeah, I lost nearly 5lb this week too.

Mid Am Snack: Petit Filous
Lunch: Bolognaise mince and sauce no pasta
Mid PM Snack:a handful of dried fruit
Dinner: Not sure yet :-S

I went to the gym last night, ive been going for 2 weeks now, swimming, jacuzzi and then the steam room, i can really tell the difference the steam room (or the exercise???) is doing to my skin, its lovely and smooth, soft and supple. :-D

Tea - McDonald's salad wrap. Half!
Snack - will have hot choc instants later.
Costa and juice.
1 hour dog walk.
Weight not shifting much. Am 15 stone 12. Hoping for a boost this week as walking daily.

T - Slow cooked beef, tsp of swede & cabbage. 50g of steamed mixed veg, gravy.
S - Small bag of fridge raiders.

L: 100g mexican chicken, 25g cheese, tsp sour cream.

P: Danio raspberry yogurt.

300ml milk in drinks. 2 litres fluids.

Got the serious munches today. I'm ignoring it largely, but not sure why its happening. Been fancying chocolate for 3 days, as it wasn't going away I thought I'd have some nice 70% stuff.

B: Poached egg, 3 slices ham, 30g philly.
S: Babybel.
L: Mexican chicken, 25g cheese, 30g sour cream.
S: 20g 70% Chocolate.
D: (1) sausage and bean casserole.
S: Danio peach yogurt.

400ml milk in drinks. 2.8 litres fluid.
 
I'm the opposite. Been feeling grotty for a few days now and I'm really having to force myself to eat.

T - Ham, cheese & pickle warburtons sandwich (ate half).

D 1 stuffed portabello mushroom 100g with stuffings(stuffed with quorn mince,black pudding,peppers,onions,curly kale,passata. topped with 30g LF cheese
S protein bar(not had it yet)

Drinks 1 cup of tea and currently trying to finish my litre of water.
