B-two melba, lf Philly, 8 grapes
L- 8 prawns, lf Philly, peeled cuecumber, baby beets (threw up)
D- leftover sun lunch, one sm roast, cabbage n leek in white sauce, three pieces carrot, five green beans, gravy - nausea but no vomiting
S - oykos yoghurt, tbsp cornflakes, s&v baked stars


I struggle intermittently with everything....what's ok one day is awful the next....no telling

B: Atkins bar (got to stop eating a whole one of these, they make me feel a bit 'dumpy').
S: Small banana.

D: 70g Pork loin, 4 potato wedges, roast carrots and sweet pepper.

800mls skimmed milk in drinks.
 
That's honestly how I feel about it....I was in such a routine n now have to force myself to eat low cal healthy as the texture tends not to disagree....cauliflower,carrot,meat,onion,boiled potato,ryvita,prawns,bulgar wheat, pasta, rice, fish,steak.....its all disagreed with me recently
I don't know what they will do, no second hospital appointment through yet....
 
Maybe ring them and chase it and explain you're still having problems? They can't leave you like this!
 
Weigh in day today 4 lbs down. Felt very scratchy about food today.

B: 2 scrambled eggs.
S: 40g white grapes and 20g dark chocolate.
L: 4 Cheddars, 2 babybel.
S: Nectarine, 40g red grapes. 2 lotus biscuits.
D: Spicy chicken noodle soup.
S: Protein shake.
 
Night shifts again.

Yesterday:

L: Chicken noodle soup.
D: Chicken kiev.
S: 4 cheddars 2 cheese triangles
S: danio cherry yogurt.
S: Protein shake.
S: 90g white grapes.

Today:

B: 20g dark chocolate (this was actually before I went to bed)
S: 2 babybel. Nectarine.
D: Turkey meatballs in tomato sauce with 40g pasta.
S: peach greek yogurt.
S: 4 Cheddars 2 cheese triangles and small tin tuna and beans.
S: protein shake.

Believe it or not I'm trying to scale back the amount of protein I eat, it began to creep up very high (140g+). so trying to stay under 110g now.

Hi everyone, its been a long time since i have been on, I'm doing well but work has been hectic!!

I am now weighing 15 stone 10 pounds, from 21 stone 7 pounds i weighed pre op, so I'm very happy with my weight lost to date!!

Today I'm going to a baby shower so not sure what I'm going to have there but I'm staying at my friends this weekend and tonight we said we are getting a Chinese, ill only have a little of one chicken satay - my portions are very very small still, I'm still only eating around 5 tea spoons of dinner, i am a little concerned and I'm going to ask my dietician on the 25th!!
