Had a bit of a date night with hubbie. Went to sainsburys and bought a lovely size 20 outfit in the sale, especially to go out in. Had a nice meal out, so calories much higher than usual (about 1800!). Did get a bit high and jittery from all the sugar.

B: Sunflower seeds, hazelnuts and a nectarine.
L; Left over beef burger with ketchup.
At the pub: J2O, blueberry juice.
D: 3 chicken goujons and 3 onion rings, bbq sauce.
P: 40g bar of chocolate.
S: going to have a protein shake before bed, to get my levels up.

OMG! just realised I'm half way to my medical goal. Unofficially (because weigh in isnt until Tuesday, but I've been sneeking on to the scales) I've reached 5 stone loss too. So all good.
 
Been a while since I've been on here. Thought would give a quick update. I'm now 11 months out lost 12 stone and down to 13 stone 8. Thought would have slowed down by now

Just found a 2011 weight watchers card at 20 stone 6. Am 15 stone 1 today.
Having BBQ today in the glorious sun which will suit my need to be a feeder to my guests.
Have had major wardrobe clear out and got rid of anything above a size 20. In 18s and 20s.
Weight loss is slowing but I can eat literally anything. Focused on reducing carbs still. X

Me too!! I kept a few things that are size 22 and 24, but I had clothes up to size 30/32 still in storage. I've not only cleared my wardrobe, but also 4 huge storage boxes. I felt a bit sad as I had some really lovely clothes. Hubbie joked, and said I could keep them if I thought I would ever wear them again. Needless to say they went in the charity bag after that comment. So I now have two big black sacks ready to go to the charity shop.
Now have a lovely clean and tidy wardrobe with plenty of space ready.
I found my old food diaries, amazing to read what I was eating on my diets.

Went to a lovely pub today as well so no lunch, just j2os. *Slaps own wrist*, lol.

B: chipolata, black pudding, rasher bacon, 70g beans.
S: 1/2 atkins bar.
L: 2 j2os
S: babybel
D: Cod fillet and ranch salad.
S: Protein shake made into latte.

S- aero biscuit bar, special k crisps

Night shift last night, then a swim before bed this morning.

B: Pumpkin seeds and cashew nuts.
D: 80g roast chicken, ranch salad and 2 little new potatos.
S: 60g Turkey ham, babybel, 4 cheddars.
S: 115g Strawberries and nectarine.
S: Blueberry greek yogurt.

I got a desperate phone call from a girl I work with this morning. I knew she was on the waiting list for a sleeve, but evidentially she has had the procedure 2 days ago. She called me in floods of tears, asking if the pain she was in was normal (it sounds like it is). I am worried for her, as I have never encountered anyone in my whole journey less prepared than this lady. Just two weeks ago I was trying to get her to realise that it would be painful, that it would be one of the most difficult things she'll ever have to do. And that the weight doesn't just fall off, it takes work. But she seemed to have blinkers on. She thought she was going to be back at work (nursing) after a couple of weeks. I think reality hit her this morning.
 
She will get there hon. In reality I was super prepared. And yet nothing could have prepared me for the shock and reality of postop.

Hi today's menu;
Breakfast - banana and baby bel light
Snack - pear
Lunch - half a low fat chilli chicken wrap from boots, shapers I think
Snack - low fat yogurt with oats
Tea - not had this yet, may have cereal as tummy a bit dicky
Had my costa black Americano and done an hours walk with the dog.
At work tomorrow.
Today was a momentous day. My hubby and I weigh exactly the same. 15 stone.
Started getting weighed together so we stay on track.
Let the weight loss competition start!!!
