Hello everyone hope u have all had a lovely weekend...

I'm doing ok, some days not so good and resulting in up to 2 hours of throwing up/nausea....cauliflower was the latest culprit but on the whole as long as I stick to fish n veg ok....rice, my beloved vulgar wheat and meat is mostly a no go anymore but I will try once in z while n see
 
Does that mean you may need another stretch?
 
I am pleased there are some things you can eat ok its a shame bout the other stuff but who knows what else the hospital maybe able to do for you xx
 
I think new stomachs are a learning to get used to some days can eat most things then others well just that hard to get stuff down I feel lots affect it like stress, weather ,mood , and silly things like shouting at the football match ref
But getting better

My biggest thing is how cold the world is without my fat suit never suffered from the cold but now freezing most of the time even when others are in a T-shirt I am in a jumper strange but who knows may get used to the cold
 
Night shift last night (and tonight). Horrible shift, I feel so spread thin since I've been back to work.

B: Porridge with chopped nuts.
S: 3 Cheddars and 40g cheese.
D: 50g gammon, 15g salad, 50g new potatos.
S: Protein shake.
S: 2 ryvita thins, 50g chicken 2 babybel.
S: Danio stawberry yogurt.
 
Afternoon, y'all...

Menus are fairly repetitive, but, today, a bit different...

B: Bovril on w/w toast
L: Cottage cheese and bananna (its gorgeous, do try it!)
D: Shepherds pie, which I made last week, and froze.

Snacks include mini babybel and a yog - can now eat certain ones, mainly Muller lights.
 
Hi all. How are you all doing? Well I hope. Long time no speak as they say. Those who know me on Facebook know I haven't got the internet at the moment other than at work so difficult to keep updated on you all. I'm not great with the app so will try and read up on you all.

Quick update on me. I've lost 180lb now. It was the anniversary of my op yesterday. I've got a new house and job. I've had more emotional stress including the recent loss of my nan and I'm completely honest in the fact I don't always eat properly. Too much some days not enough many others. I seem to have a very good restriction still which often ends in rejection. I see my surgeon soon and I think he will be shocked. I'm two stone under his overall prediction of loss in two years. I've got 20lb to go till goal so really need to buckle down and eat better. Hoping using this thread again will help me if you don't mind.

Maya how you doing now?

WOW well done to you, 180lb in a year that is amazing and truly inspirational, I just hope I can lose that much in a year :)

Better shift tonight, so happier. Weigh in day 2 1/2 pounds down again, 19 stone exactly. The last time I was this weight, I was 16! Having a bad pouch day (or 2), tight and feel very acidic. Probably due to eating to quickly when I'm at work.

B: 50g gammon
L: Chicken, bacon and mushrooms in a white sauce with 40g whole wheat pasta.
S: 130g strawberries.
S: Protein shake.
S; 4 cheddars and 50g cheese.

L:Felt sick after the biscuits, so a babybel mini light and a strawberry Muller light
D:Goats cheese and pesto pasta (looking forward to it..!!)

D- cod in breadcrumbs (half portion) leaves, cuecumber, slaw

D: toad in the hole, carrots, broccoli and gravy.
S: passionfruit greek yogurt.

T - Spicy char-grilled chicken, salad & new potatoes.
S - 60g pack of hot & spicy fridge raiders. One dark choc digestive.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, water, nas squash.
