So as well as having my first stall, my hair has started to fall out. Not bad really as I'm 18 weeks out. Its not too bad anyway, certainly not the clumps some people describe. I'm ok with it, as have had thin hair with the PCOS for years and since my op its got thicker. So hopefully when its all over I will get some nice thicker hair close to how it was when I was a child.

B: Black pudding, bacon and beans + Coffee.
S: Hot chocolate.
L: 100g meat filled pasta + 25g ricotta.
S: Protein shake.
D: Sausage and bean casserole.
P: Strawberries and custard.

I'm the same Fiona, mines just started too. I've bought some hair and nail vitamins from the supermarket, I know it won't stop it, but it may help a smidgen. It's all worth it though when we end up fit and healthy!

Snack: baked star mild thai chili

Lunch: cafe nero tuna melt panini (half)

Snack: mango

Dinner: will be grilled chicken and salad

Oh you to eh! Its the least of my worries, as long as I dont go bald I'm cool with it. I've been taking the hair, skin and nail sups for a couple of months now. My nails had got really thin, they seem to have helped.

Me three!! Been taking supplements for a few months now. My nails are better, but my hair is still falling out :-(

My hairdresser said it takes about 6/8 months for them to start to affect the hair. Mine is now growing back. And it's everywhere lol.

Can I ask which supplements did you buy? I just bought sainsburys own, but didn't know if I should have bought perfectil. Big cost difference, but didn't know if that was reflected in the actual product...

I bought the ones from Wilkos, good value. I don't think the branded ones are much different. Quite often the ratios are better in supermarket brands.

Well ladies , my hair cam e out but having thick coarse hair I felt a big difference but couldn't realy tell the hairdresser said IT FELT FINE AND I LIKE TO KEEP IT SHORT ANYWAY WHICH ENCOURAGES THE GROWTH EACH TIME ITS CUT, I get it cut every 5-6 weeks, it is back to its usual now am 22 months post.

I am guna try and cut out snaks and try and eat at the meal time instead so that when I am full I will stop. Guna have to incorporate the fruit with the meal, hence the breakfast.

guna have to see if the body can do that again or wether it needs little meals often.

I am getting back in the mode of snacking you see and I am not happy with it really but have been doing it all the same donot want to undo any good work, and I am maintaining so if the snaking stops will I loose a little more weight? this is what I want to find out, but guna be tough to do. Am ok if I am busy, still if I am bored I look for bits to munch all be it healthier stuff now. What do you all think??
