Hi all have to habve a scan on my knee should have had it done when I hurt it years ago. The weather has been glorious but very hot even the wind is warm. Work tomorrow and Saturday. Its also my wedding anniversary on Saturday 20th 28years need a medal xx

You have all done so well, its not always possible for us to recognise our own achievements. My matron called me the amazing shrinking woman yesterday, I just laughed and said yeah right! I still feel the same (maybe I always will). Its slow going for me sometimes, but I keep on keeping on. At least I am now officially over half way to my personal goal so 84 lbs down 82 lbs to go.
Food is not fun today, I hurt. Pouch feels so tight, its a bit upsetting. Couldn't keep anything down this morning, this has never happened to me before, even in the first few weeks. I'm not going to worry, I think I might just be falling back into eating too fast and not chewing enough. So going back to basics.

Glass milk.
Muller light.
2 slices ham.
Cereal bar
Turkey stir fry (havent had this yet)
Cherries.

I think you are right Paula, it started when the hot started and has just been getting worse. Must be causing a bit of swelling or similar. I did manage to keep my stir fry down though.

I have to really force myself to eat. It makes me feel really sick, but I figure we have to eat x

Strange food day.
Breakfast - none but banana at 12 ish
Late lunch - chicken wrap lettuce
Snack - baby bel
Tea - toast and small mr Kipling !
Ate loads of ice pops and been for an hours walk early on.
Need to plan better for tomorrow and eat earlier in the day and not start craming at 4ish.

Thank you all, am all packed go at 7.30 in the morning. Girls all excited 4 of us and another couple meeting up with us we met last year. WILD!!!!!!! Have my hospital app 31st July will be only my 2nd since my op which will be my 2nd surgiversary on 20th August. I am 14 st 11 this week. Still good for me but was down at one point before Christmas at 14st 5. Since then just been playing up and down between thos numbers so guna av to be careful on my jollies cos we will be drinking every night we have the 4 free drinks package. Food will be fine I know what I can eat. xx

I'm doing the 5 day pouch test this week. Not to test my pouch just to help get me back on track. I've been really struggling since the steroids I was on. I'm thinking it's head hunger but I've been grazing. Anyway hopefully a week of complete basics and sticking to the rules will help sort me. I've managed to lose the weight I gained on the steroids so hopefully lose some more this week :)

S - Protein shake

Hi all. Been good over last few days. In the 13 stones! Gone to hairdressers. Really short and dark. Feeling fab.
Today-
Breakfast - small piece cheese and banana
Lunch - half low fat prawn and noodles pot thing
Snack - apple
Tea - baby bel x 3 plus packet of hula hoops. Not great. Hubby and kids out so haven't cooked.

Been really good last few days, few carbs and lots of fruit / veg.
On hols thurs so that will b testing!
