Hi all, good news there May, sorry to hear you not coping to well eating in this heat Paula. I have had tummy probs again, had to go back to my buscopan for a few days til it settles down has been comin gon about 2-3 in the afternoon feels like trapped wind, but think its twisted bowel, I have had no bread to day and tried to be sensible and not gulping liquid down so creating more wind.

HI all everyone sounds like they are doing ok. I am still over earting I am still grazing, for some stupid reason, have been telling my self. My weight is stable however I know eventually it will jump up and that really worries me. I am eating healthily but have a very sweet tooth. With working 12hr shifts it has made things more difficult if I don't eat I hit a wall at about 4.30pm and the brain switches off not much good when I am working till 4pm. I am trying to only have fruit if I graze, silly thing is I am not hungry I just fancy stuff. Some days are fine and I am aware I need to fit in my luch and tea, so food is back on my mind I am fighting with myself. Have discussed it with hubby today I know what needs doing but am, struggling to do it. Next month will be my 2nd Surgiversary.

Are you eating enough at meals Chrisa? As in to satiation? One thing I've noticed since starting slimming world is I'm just not picking as much. I think I was starting to get very scared of food and weighing everything because this is the portion i 'should' have. And then my body wasn't full so I would start to pick. Now I find I am picking very little.
 
Back from my holiday, had a fab time. Picked the best week to go back home, made me feel super home sick though. Have to remind myself what its like when it rains, lol.
Was quite good with my eating while away, and lost about 1 1/2 lbs. Back to recording my intake again from today.

Menu for today.
B: Vanilla yogurt. 200ml milk. Small banana.
L; 100g piri piri Chicken.
S: 2 slices ham, 20g cheese.
D: 120g cod 50g potato and spinach.
P: 75g raspberries & 75g strawberries.

8AM 1 SMALL FROZEN CHEESE OMELETT
L 4 SLICES OF EGG ROLL, STRAWBERRIES, SMALL BAG OF FRIDGE RAIDERS
D CRACKERS N PATE, MELON
S BAG OF SKIPS
sUPPER 1 PIECE OF BACON, 1 TOMATO, 1/2 SAUSAGE ALL OVEN COOKED

TEA, WATER

SOUNDS A LOT BUT PORTION SIZES ARE OK
 
See I have upped my portion sizes by at most a tablespoon. But totally stopped feeling picky.
 
My menu today -

Breakfast - Lf cottage cheese
Lunch - Half a boiled egg sandwich.
Dinner - Chicken, smoked salmon and king prawn salad. Will some peri peri sauce which is surprising low in calories.
Snacks - Ice lolly. Pineapple.

Drinks - Tea and water.

Exercise - Will take the dog out when it cools down a bit.

L - Small home made chicken fajita.
T Dry fried egg & 4 oven chips.

Drinks - Tea, water, nas Ribena.
 
Weigh in day, two weeks this time because of my holiday. Just under 6lbs down, so all good. Have decided to reduced my kcals to 1000 this week, to see how I go. I've been on 1200 for the last 4 stone, so just want to see if it changes things up a bit.

B: Banana and milky coffee.
S; Slice ham and babybel.
L: 90g Chicken 40g lowfat cheese.
D: Chilli con carne with sour cream and 20g nachos.
S: Yogurt and 100g strawberries

B TRIED BREAD AGAIN THIS MORNING NOT HAD IT FOR 2 DAYS, HAD BURGEN BREAD TOASTED. GOT TO WORK BOUT HOUR LATER CRIPPLED WITH PAINS LIKE LABOUR PAINS, TOOK BOUT AN HOUR N VISIT TO LOO THEN IT WAS OVER. nO MORE OF THAT BREAD GUNA HAVE TO BE CAUTIOUS WIV BREAD NOW.
S FRIDGE RAIDERS SMALL BAG
L BACON, 1/2 SAUSAGE, 1 TOMATO, MUSHROOMS, 1/4 OF A BEEF BURGER, STRAWBERRIES
D SESAME SEEDED CRACKERS WITH PATE, MELON

S SPECIAL k CRISPS
2 CRUNCHIE BISCUITS

TEA COFFEE WATER
 
B- yoghurt, granola, strawbs
S- pissed peas (good protein)
L- half a ham salad roll
S- other half ham salad roll
D- sm piece white fish baked in Lloyd Grossman garlic pasta sauce n veg
S- one spoon yoghurt, one spoon granola

Last hospital weigh in on 23rd.....exciting :)
 
Hello all. 14 stone exact this morning. Can't wait to be in the 13s. Feeling great.
Breakfast - banana and 2 baby bel light
Lunch - small fish cake (less than a quarter)
Tea - prawn brown sandwich, ate second half st supper time. Been staying off bread so this was a one off.
Snack - penguin. Didn't enjoy it.

Still need a string coffee a day to keep me going. Going on hol next week abroad. Can't wait to put the plane seatbelt on, and then even attempt to put the tray down!!
 
Worked today, felt like poop. Its the heat, I just couldn't keep up with the fluids while being busy at work and feel so dehydrated.

B: Glass milk, small banana.
S; 100g Ham, babybel.
D: 150g chilli con carne, 25g sour cream, 20g chesse.
S: Yogurt.
D: 65g gammon steak, 90g meat filled pasta, salad
P: 100g cherries.

My personal goal is 10st if I can get into a size 12/14 I'll be chuffed. I'm a 16 at the mo, but I'm only 5ft 1 and I have an apron of loose skin around my belly. Tbh I'm pretty chuffed at where I am now, so anything else will be an added bonus :)
