Had a funny tummy today felt windy all day.
Maybe the bread this morning, it was white don't usually have white bread. But it was a fresh uncut loaf and it smelt great when my husband cut it this morning so I had to try it.
 
Busy day, eating went a bit to pot.

Brunch: Tomato, chickpea and cous cous salad with smoked sausage.
Late Lunch: Starbucks mocha Frappuccino light. 1/4 egg mayo sandwich.
Snack: Dairylea dipper.
Dinner: 2 Homemade bbq pulled pork tacos with guacamole and cheese.
Pudding: Liberte strawberry yogurt.
 
B: atkins shake S: small skinny latte with sugar free vanilla syrup L: six seafood sticks, six olives, one Melba toast S: iced skinny latte with sugar free syrup S: dairylea dunker D: one small boneless, skinless chicken thigh, handful of peas Drinks: crystal light pink lemonade, flavoured water, options hot chocolate before bed. Exercise: jogging up flights of stairs during my day in college... At least four times.
 
B: atkins shake L: chilli con carne with a tiny bit of sour cream... Ate most of the chilly and a few forkfuls of rice and gave the rest to my friend. S: iced skinny latte S: two Melba toast with reduced fat cheese D: chicken thigh fillets with a few tablespoons of peas Drinks: water, tea, milk before bed.
 
Well everyone sounds like they are managing on here don't forget to add in your fruit n veg each day and plenty water these things keep the body losing the weight. I hav managed to stay the same whilst away sailing thank GOODNESS I have been eating this n that some fruit but have managed veg so that was a plus. was getting bit concerned that may have gained but all was well, I am back to work today 12 hr shift. My head still feels like I am sailing. xxx

Hi all. I have been to London since Wed so haven't posted. Going home today, dreading scales. Hoping the walking has done me good. I could not have walked and walked this time last year. The steps up and down to the tube would have killed me.
Felt great being active and normal!
Anyway a summary of food:
Tried to have low fat sarnies, protein based breakfasts in the hotel, pasta snack from tesco etc. difficult to plan when you are on the go with 4 kids in London!
Looking forward to going home, back into a routine with food and everything. Healthy tesco shop here I come! Food menus look good. I am going to try and get some inspiration from your posts x
 
Scales moved this morning, yay! Guess feeding myself mores having a good effect.
On night shifts, so as per usual, food is topsy turvy.

B: 2 ryvita and 2 cheese triangles.
S: Banana and latte.
L: Homemade low fat chicken Ceasar salad.
S: Protein shake.
D: Mulligatawny soup.
S: Liberte greek yogurt.

L- two spoonfuls homemade bolognese no pasta, slice roast pork (very sick at this)
D- v thinly sliced roast pork, half a stuffing ball, veg, mash, gravy, Yorkshire puffs
S- yorkie pud and sugar free jam, fruit pastilles
 
B: two chicken sausages with tablespoon of baked beans L: mini roast... Few slices of roast chicken, one new potato, one fork of stuffing, a few green beans, carrots and some cabbage and a tiny bit of gravy, with a little bit of vanilla ice cream for dessert. s: atkins bar D: chicken tikka with lettuce and onions, sprinkling of barbecue sauce and two tiny pieces of naan bread. S: quavers... Naughty I know. Drinks: tea, water

B - Fage with grapes and strawberries.
L - Half a chicken Caesar wrap.
T - 150g sirloin steak, French beans & pepper sauce.
S - 2 x Mr freeze 35g tip tops.

Drinks - tea, water, nas ribena.

Yesterday -

Breakfast - Half a egg and bacon (fat cut off) sandwich.
Lunch - 2 Ryvitas. 1 with tuna. 1 With lf feta.
Dinner - Chicken with a tikka marinade. Kale.
Snacks - 3 Salt and vinegar rice cakes. 1 bag of mini cheddars. 1 slice of ham.

Hungry day yesterday.

Today plans -

Breakfast - 2 Rice cakes and lf cottage cheese.
Lunch - Boiled egg salad.
Dinner - Steak topped with lf phily and salad.
Snack - Pineapple. A bag of mini cheddars.
 
Breakfast- small bowl strawberry crunch
Snack - baby bel light and banana
Lunch - chicken salad
Snack - pear
Tea - having soup, bit of bread
Snack - plan to have salt and vinegar noughts and crosses crisps
Drinks, costa black coffee and water
 
So much for the scales moving! My body is just playing with the numbers. Its doing my head in!!!!

Spent the day with my best friend who evidently has been concerned for sometime that I've been cutting back too much and I'm going the other way. Blooming hypocritical, as she's only a size 12-14 and wants to do slim and save! Anyway, its not true, everyday is a hungry day for me at the moment. But felt like I had to prove that I could eat carbs and high kcal foods without throwing a b***h fit.

B: Muller greek fruit corner.
S: 2 Hotel chocolat pralines.
L: 1/2 salami, pesto and mozzerella bagel, with handful crisps.
S: Other half bagel.
D: Homemade beef fried rice.
S: Protein shake.
 
Don't let friends do that to you hon :( Remind them that you only have a given capacity and you need the high amount of protein so you will struggle to fit in the carbs - its your new healthy.
