S: protein bar
D: half a pack of Waitrose mixed bean salad, two chicken sausages, one Melba toast
S: a few pieces of pineapple
S: will be a options hot chocolate, made with ss milk
Exercise: just about 40 minutes walking today, mainly in a leisurely pace

Drinks - Tea, milky coffee, water, nas ribena.

L: 2 babybel 30g ham.
D: 100g honey roast gammon, with potato gratin and veg.
P: WW greek yogurt.
S: protein shake.

Lamb & bacon are the only meats I can't tolerate and it doesn't matter how they are cooked. They were both my favourite things before the op. I have tried both several times since an each time been sick.

I hope it's a one off. I cooked a whole lamb leg last week and put it in the freezer in 90g bags so I can get it out and have a quick meal if hubby is having something I can't or don't want.
I had some on the day I cooked it and I had bacon a couple of days ago and it went down ok.
Maybe it's was a fluke, fingers crossed.
 
Been trying hard to eat today despite the pain and being higher than a kite on prescribed drugs :)

B : Diet Irn Bru, been de fizzing in the fridge for two whole days

L - 100g sirloin steak, steamed veg & pepper sauce.
S - Crumpet with laughing cow.
T - Jamaican corned beef stew & 1 dumpling.

Yesterday's menu: B: atkins shake L: protein bar D: pasta with slow cooked lamb in a restaurant. Asked for a small portion and couldn't finish it. S: large cup of options hot chocolate made with milk Drinks: flavoured water, watered down orange juice, but not nearly enough fluids.

B: 2 sml brown toast (dry). 1.5 eggs- scrambled w/skimmed milk
Milky coffee (skimmed milk)

L: 1 bean burger wrapped in lettuce (instead of bread) with salsa and 1 slice of low low cheese

Snack: 2 crackerbread w/ cottage cheese
2 squares of dark chocolate

Tea
3 pints of water

D: (will be:)
1 homemade Yorkshire pud
1 tbsp mash potato
Carrots
2 tbsp cauliflower cheese (homemade with laughing cow)
Shape yoghurt if still hungry.

Anyone who might be interested- I'm a bypasser 8 years out and trying to lose a couple of stone of regain. Thinking positively and excited to feel back in control :)

Started my pregnacare vitamins yesterday :) menu not great I'm feeling a little lazy today but on it Tuesday when I'm back at work - fresh veg shop tomorrow n prepped cottage pie n chillis ready to go :) xx

B: one turkey rasher, one chicken sausage, one Melba toast. L: same, as I made two of each. S: small iced skinny latte with sugar free vanilla syrup from Starbucks. S: protein bar D: chicken in red wine sauce with mushrooms and runner beans. Came with new potatoes but didn't have them. S: babybell light, pineapple pieces. Drinks: nas squash, flavoured water, milk before bed.
 
Considering upping my kcals back up to 1200 a day for this week, been feeling tired and a little deprived. Been on 1000 for 6 weeks now (that was only supposed to be a week too!).

B: Sausage, beans, bacon. Latte.
S: Soft cheese dipper. Frappucino.
L: Colds meats and cheese.
D: Cottage pie.

S: protein bar and pineapple pieces
D: Leftover chicken in red wine sauce, 4 oven chips
s: roasted edamame beans
drinks: Flavoured water, large mug of milk before bed.
Calory intake: 1039 calories. Burnt 857 calories doing step ups. Think I have to exercise a bit less if I can't eat more. I struggle with eating any more so need to do less cardeo, and do more toning exercises ... suggestions what I could improve are welcome, in particular with my food. I think my body is clinging to its reserves, which is why I am not losing weight at all right now.
