I am worrying again lol

I can eat most of a side plate of food. Not all, not piled. But most. I eat until I think I an satisfied. Not full.

Is this a lot more than everyone else?

Anyway,

2 sausages

Small side plate of homemade chicken curry done on slow cooker and 2 tbsps of whole grain steamed rice.

Dinner the same but 1/4 of a small wholemeal chapatti too.

Drinks tea, coffee and NAS cordial
 
I think the worrying is normal. I am eating 900 cals a day now. Just trying to stick with jot until I see the dietician.
 
I really don't think u r eating too much - I took and still sometimes do - pictures of my food portion sizes to show my dietician - it might reassure you to do this and a few weeks down the line you will be able to see if you need to reign things in a bit xxx

Waitrose - Moroccan Chicken Soup, 1/4 pot 6g Protein

Salmon and Camembert Eggs, 1 serving 31g Protein

Costa Coffee - Strawberry Yogurt & Granola, 95 g 5g Protein
Costa - Iced Soy Vanilla Latte Medio, 3.96 oz 2g Protein
Waitrose - Luxury Seafood Entree, 1 pot 6g Protein
Alpro - Almond Milk, 400 ml 2g Protein
Cadbury's - Dark Chocolate Options, 1 mug 0g Protein


Totals 59g Protein
 
Not been a good eating day nothing for breakfast a couple of cups of orange juice mid morning.
Lunch BBQ ribs - bad idea been throwing up since.

Hoping to keep some fluids down and will have porridge later.

I still can't eat a lot. I'm seeing the dietician on Saturday so will say to her then.

B 1 slice of multiseeded bread with peanut butter on
1 glass of prune juice
L cuppa soup 1 prune fat free yoghurt
S ginger snap
D shepherds pie, carrots, cabbage, turnip, gravy
3 pieces of bacon oven cooked and lean snack to keep u-p protein.
tea coffee dilute juice, water.
 
Breakfast - four peach slices, half a ww fruit layered fromage frais, half portion start right
Lunch - leftover chilli and steamed vegetables
Dinner - steamed vegetables and two meatballs

Will possibly have a yoghurt or some milk later

L PART OF OMLETTE WITH MUSHROOMS, PEAS, ONIONS,PEPPERS IN, CHEESE, COOKED WITH VEG OIL- AT SCHOOL WITH KIDS, YOGHURT
S VERY SICKLY DUE TO NOT USED TO HAVING OIL IN COOKING ANY MORE. GINGER SNAP N WATER, SORTED ME OUT
D 1 MULTI SEEDED SLICE BROWN BREAD WITH PEANUT BUTTER, BAG OF QUAVERS.
S PACKET FRIDGE RAIDERS
TEA, COFFEE, WATER.
 
B - total yogurt , red grapes & granola
L - 2x crisp rolls , ltl mayo , ham
D - pork chop , sweed & carrot mash , dry roast potato , gravy
S - brazils
Tea , water , milk before bed
863 cals , 64g protein
 
Breakfast - three peach slices, blueberries, half a Muller light yoghurt and half a portion start right
Lunch - two melba with lf Philly, three radishes, two pickled onions, two babt gherkins
Dinner - in restaurant herb crust baked cod, one fine beans, New potatess - had one potato half the beans and nearly half the cod
 
B bran n banana with ss milk, prune juice.
L Bag of fridge raiders, grapes, prune yoghurt
D Cauliflour cheese 4 chips
S bag of quavers 1 ginger snap
tea, coffee, water

No weight loss again today still 16 stone 4lb, but was out last weekend and had cocktails, but have done lots of exercise as well, but not been to toilet till after the weigh in typical. Never mind not guna beat myself up i know i've been ok. xx hope you all doin betta than me. xx

Snack 20g cheese and 25g mini cheddar
Drinks: 2 latte 1 cappucino and 2ltr water

Went away to tenerife and ate very well. Wait been up a few poynds and down a few pounds but not losing properly again. 2 pounds lost this week
