B glass of prune juice, 1 slice of multi seeded brown bread with peanut butter on.
L 4 Hot dogs with bolied onions, 1 wrap multigrain

Once I pulled myself together lol

1/2 mini cookware bowl of hot oats with added milk powder (was full fast)

1/2 Grilled skinless chicken thigh, cucumber, tbsp of coleslaw, tbsp basmati rice and light mayo.

Homemade chicken soup (small bowl) 1 homemade Yorkshire, cucumber and 2tbsp of basmati rice.

May have an options made with milk and added milk powder later to up my protein a bit.

T chicken wrap with tomatoes, strawberries n grapes

Lunch - five filo wrapped prawns, four baby asaparagus,
Dinner - two home made spicey lean beef meatballs, four pickled onions, four baby gherkins



Snack - five five p sized meringues

Cooked some new potatoes so will have some homemade potato salad at about seven pm
 
Just drank fluids in the morning.

Skinless baked chicken thigh, veg, 1 dessert spoon of stuffing, gravy.

Homemade chicken soup with veg, 1/2 a mini herb dumpling.

May have readybrek later and a Olvaltine light as a snack :)
