Ok its not even eleven and I'm home in my pj's that's how well the date went! say no to blind dates people!!!

Breakfast - ww yoghurt, peach slices half portion start right
Lunch - three melba toast with lf Philly, two slices Parma ham two gherkins, two pickled onions
Dinner - piece cauliflower, thre tiny bites chicken in white sauce, one roast potato, two tsp mash potato, two pieces carrot


Two sugar free diabetic caramel drops from boots

Having a sicky day today :( so I will post yesterday's menu.

Breakfast ss milk with crusha and 2 teaspoons of dried milk

Lunch 1 Somosa with fage and mint sauce

Tea 3 mini savoury eggs with fage and a dash of brown sauce

Snack mini ice cream cone.

Hope I manage to keep something down later :(

Lunch - two melba toast with lf Philly two pickled onions(did make smoked salmon ans eggs but it turned my stomach So didn't eat more than a mouthful)
Dinner - baked guilthead bream with a traybake of new pots,garlic cloves, onion and baby cherry toms with a dollop of fage - ate about a 1/4 of the fish and four new pots, two garlic cloves and some onion

if you search biltong on amazon, you can get great packs and not too pricey (biltong is the south african verson of jerkey)

also aldi/lidl sell bite size biltong packs for £1
