Now I am the one worried I can eat too much :(

Breakfast 2 tbsps reduced sugar/salt baked beans and a sausage.

1 spoon of beans and a sausage

2 fish fingers, 8 skinny microwave chips, 1 teaspoon of beans and 2 teaspoons of tartar sauce.

2 faggots and half a side plate of peas and carrots.

Just drinking NAS cordial and tea for the rest of the evening.

My drinks today have been coffees and NAS cordial.
 
I have had today
B 1 sachet of porridge, 1 glass of prune juice
L small pack of chicken fridge raiders, grapes
T mushy peas turkey slice cut up into small pieces
tea, coffee, water, peppermint tea.
S salad slice of ham.
2 ginger snaps.

You are right. Some days I am on it and determined. Today I am questioning myself again.

Forgot to add 3/4 of a med slice of brown toast to my second food of the day.

Got to reassess my choices that. I just want to eat like a normal person. But small amounts. While getting protein. Not too much to ask of myself lol
 
B - salami & cheese on toast
L - atkins bar
D - cola chicken , couscous
S - 10 grapes , brazils
Tea

Just ate full chicken breast & 50g couscous , didn't get my soft cue & now feel stuffed , too much , I ate the same as the girls :'( & you think you can eat too much Sophie

Just logged my day for the first time

72g protein, 967 Cals. Feel disgusting that I managed so much. Was attempting the eat more strategy and went too far.

Back to the drawing board :(

Breakfast- cup of Ss milk with crusha and half a warburtons thin with peanut butter and peach slice

Lunch 3 tablespoons of Keema curry / 1 teaspoon of rice

Snack- 2 seafood sticks

Tea- 2 seafood sticks and spoonful of grated cheese

Supper- 2 peach slices.

Try not to worry too much about your calorie intake at this stage ladies. I am only getting an average of 400 in which is too low. We can't win lol.
 
early - 100 mls prune juice
B - 2/3 sachet oats so simple with milk
L - 4 quorn meatballs with gravy, tablespoon veg and a potato waffle. (I don't remember potato waffles tasting of grease. Not doing that again lol)
Sn - 5 slices chinese style breast chicken from asda
dinner - slow cooked chicken (about 1/4 of a chicken breast) with gravy, veg and one baby potato.

currently at 53 protein and 644 cals so will top up with options or custard later.

I know the feeling!

We shouldn't overly worry. But I guess 800 is stuck in our heads lol
 
I'm more concerned with amount I ate as opposed to the cals ( tho I won't allow myself over 1000)
 
Worked from.another office today so my choices aren't as good as normal, I was in a forum meeting all day so liquids a little low but did resist the amaze buffet of sugar fat and carbs!!!


Breakfast - half a ww fruit layer fromage frais half a portion start right on top
Lunch - two mrlba toast n lf Philly, half a tomato mugshot (yummy but super filling)
Dinner - 2 slice Parma ham all visible fat removed, three pickled onions and baby gherkins, three seafood sticks, two melba toast n thin scrape lf Philly.



Going to try and get at least three drinks in before bed and increase tge fryit n veg again tomorrow it my tummy will suffer!
 
B: 1 scrambled egg with 20g cheese
L; cottage pie with coin carrots
D, tuna pasta and few olives mixed

Snaks. Babybell lyt and laughin cow

Around 1.5 littes fluids

At no point did I feel stuffed. So not worried on the amount. I eat when I feel lightheaded. Just worried that I felt the physical need to eat that often. But Yve has made me see that it's not a problem to eat of I physically felt the needs to.

Lucie, you did very well for a day out of your usual setting :) xxx
 
Soph I often wonder if I'm eating too much, but my dietician keeps telling me everything is fine! I do get hunger pangs, but the difference is that it takes a few mouthfuls to make them stop, instead of a humongous plateful!! I'm a very slow loser now, and it's frustrating, but at least it's heading in the right direction! We will get there, we will! X

Feel like i cn eat more now and abit worried cz i havnt lost anhthing past week and im onli 4 weeks post bypass so shud i b havin a stall so soon

B: 1 egg scrambles with 20g cheese

D: haddock fish, carrot coins and abit if homemade rice
