Ive just come off nights, eating been all over the place. But in control, so all is fine.

B: Chobani strawberry yogurt.
S: 2 belvita biscuits. 2 cheese triangles.
L: 2 Ryvita with 100g chicken breast mixed with philly and chives.
D: Homemade tomato, chorizo and 3 bean soup. 1/2 small bread roll.
 
I have found the nimble brown bread to be easy digestable even nice toasted, and can have 2 slices to the calorific value of one in some other makes Well I like it give it a try xx I always enjoyed msbb but nimble 2 slices still only small but hey make syou feel like you eating like a queen xx

Lunch:
Tomato soup
1 slice of brown bread toasted

Snacks:
Petit filous
Hand ful of nuts
Salami

Dinner:
Brown pasta
Homemade meatballs in home made sauce

Milk, nas squash, water and a protein shake

B - Fage with pineapple and grapes.
L - Brie & bacon quiche.
S - Welsh cake.
T - Hime made burrito, no rice.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, water, nas squash.
Exercise - 30 mins walking.
 
Been out to the theatre tonight with friends. Fun was had by all. Weigh in day today, a day I've come to dread over the last couple of months. Convinced after last weeks 8 lb loss that I would be heading for stallsville again - but no - 4 lbs loss this week!!! I do not know how, but I'm very happy for it. That means I have only 4 more to go to get to my xmas goal, yay!

B: Cup of warm milk. Biscuit.
L; Homemade Tomato, chorizo and bean soup.
S: 30g cheddar. J2O.
D: Baked cod and salad.
S: Low Low snack pack.
 
I was told the hospital wanted me @ 12 stone and they would be happy, so reached that a while ago, i have set my self my own goal of 11 stone which i haven't set a time frame because i am exactly 9 months post op today and only have 10 pounds to go till i reached my final goal. I am sure i will get there soon but i have NEVER had a gain not even half a pound and my weightoss has been quite rapid all the way through (I've lost 10 stone in 9 months) so its starting to slow down now which is good because i was worried it wasn't slowing down. Lool

I feel amazing, my confidence is through the roof and i am so happy!! The best decisioni ever made to have wls!!

I find it strange that I can easily eat anything I want. Nothing makes me dum. This worries me so much. My weight stalled last 4 weeks .
 
Isn't it strange how all of our bodies react so differently to the same op ? I have found that my body does not react to sugar at all but fat wise I can dump on just a tiny scrapping of butter on toast !! :)

I dump on both unfortunately, but I know my limits for both now and never push it. Here's my menu for today.

B - Fage with grapes and raspberries.
L - 2 egg bacon, mushroom & cheese omelette.
T - Bag of fridge raiders.
S - Welsh cake.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, water, nas squash.
Exercise - 30 min walk, 30 min Abs class.
