bypass daily menu -

I dont dump on fat at all, just as well because I love my cheese. Sugar I have a high tolerance for, and even when dumping my reaction is not that bad (just a bit woozy and tired). So I consider that I can eat anything I want.

B: 2 breakfast biscuits and fromage frais.
L: Sliced chicken and cheese with 1 ryvita.
S: Latte
D: Mexican turkey stew with rice.

I'm exactly the same. Fat not a problem, again I love cheese too so that is good in a way and no dumping, if I push it I will feel a bit sick and tired but that's about it.

Dairy milk... I dream about this lol You look amazing!! Do you have much saggy skin? If you dont mind me asking!

No i don't have much at all. I have a wee bit on my thighs but my tummy (which was where i carried most of my weight) nothing. My surgeon told me he is 99% certain i wouldn't qualify for any plastics due to how good my elasticity in my skin is. Overall i quite impressed with it, i thought i would have heaps of baggy skin.

Thank you all for your kind words.

Well Im 31, and my skin has always been in good condition. My skin isnt that bad, but it is very loose in parts. It seems to be that where I had skin that was thinner with lots of stretch marks, is where it is worst. So that's my upper arms, upper thighs and tummy.

B: 3 breakfast biscuits, 3 cheese triangles, and a fromage frais.
S: 2 Babybel
L: Lasagna.
S: 100g chinese chicken.
D: Sweet and sour chicken with noodles
S: Apple.
