I dont dump on fat at all, just as well because I love my cheese. Sugar I have a high tolerance for, and even when dumping my reaction is not that bad (just a bit woozy and tired). So I consider that I can eat anything I want.
B: 2 breakfast biscuits and fromage frais.
L: Sliced chicken and cheese with 1 ryvita.

No i don't have much at all. I have a wee bit on my thighs but my tummy (which was where i carried most of my weight) nothing. My surgeon told me he is 99% certain i wouldn't qualify for any plastics due to how good my elasticity in my skin is. Overall i quite impressed with it, i thought i would have heaps of baggy skin.
Well Im 31, and my skin has always been in good condition. My skin isnt that bad, but it is very loose in parts. It seems to be that where I had skin that was thinner with lots of stretch marks, is where it is worst. So that's my upper arms, upper thighs and tummy.
