bypass daily menu -

Hi well I am the granny of the group then I am almost 48. Had my op when I was 45. How I wish I could have had it done at an earlier age like you lovely folks. I do have some loose skin but it could have been a lot worse. I have always exercised even at my very largest so think that has helped I do very little exercise other than fast walking now as My knee always hurts after exercise other than that its as if it twists slightly. The doc said to keep walking if that's what make sit not hurt just wear n tear. After a nights dancing I can hardly sleep will need amitryptaline to help for a couple of nights and the day time is rough till it settles down again. Think ya selves lucky you do what you do now that is why I will never be lower than an size 18 now. I do look a lot trimmer now though amd am grateful for the way I look now much better. xxxxx At work all weekend so have a good one, but am out tonight, dancing so it will be a challenge tomoro at work xx

I am 38. Skin ok and not getting me down. As everyone else has said, problem areas are top of the arms and tummy but not too bad.
Been offish with food, snacking oppose to meals. Had bad week at work and shattered.
Anyway down to 12.2and a half. Hoping to get 3lb off and be under 12 for the New Year.
What a difference a year makes. Gone from shopping for 24s to 14s!!
Anyway today's intake-
Breakfast Rice crispie cereal bar
Snack - slice of malt load
Lunch - cheese toasting, was out so struggled a bit
Snack - quavers
Tea - digestives and cheese. Cooked loads for the family but didn't fancy any of it.

L - Chicken salad.
S - Fage with grapes and raspberries.
T Caribbean pork (home made).

Drinks - Tea, coffee, nas ribena.
 
Had a lovely day celebrating my husbands birthday.

B: 2 breakfast biscuits, 2 cheese triangles.
S: Flat white.
L: 1/2 cheese and pickle sandwich.
S: other 1/2 sandwich.
D: Duck breast with dauphinoise potatoes and spinach. Glass of red wine.
S: Apple and blackberry crumble with custard.
 
Hi guys haven't posted here in a while but have been good on the whole. Here's today's menu:

B: skipped it, got up to late.
L: two chicken sausages
S: atkins protein bar
D: home made beef casserole with lots of mixed veg, mushrooms, lentils and a few new potatoes. Was lush, got some leftovers for tomorrow.
Not hungry now but still have head hunger, fancy something sweet but not too fooling, don't fancy fruit. So might have an options hot chocolate.
Drinks: watered down orange juice, nas ribena.

L - Pot roast chicken, tsp of mash & swede. Broccoli, baby corn, carrots, mange tout & gravy.
T - Crumpet with marmite, butter & laughing cow.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, nas squash.
 
B: sausage, bacon black pudding and beans.
S: Cappuccino.
L: Banana with peanut butter
S: 2 babybel
L: Pulled pork with rice and guacamole
 
B: tiny bit of porridge.
L: chicken Caesar salad... Naughty I know, but yummy!
S: skinny latte with sugar free caramel syrup
S: protein bar after workout
D: leftover beef casserole
Drinks: NAS ribena, water, tea, watered down OJ
Exercise: ten minutes jogging, 100 crunches, 20 jumping jacks, 20 squats with weights, ten hip thrusts held for 20 seconds each, several arm exercises.

2 pieces of parma ham

Hi all, hungry day today. Still struggling to enjoy fruit.
B: leftover porridge
L: six seafood sticks, three Melba toast... After gym.
S: handful of almonds
D: a little whole-wheat pasta, spinach, mixed seafood and tomato and red wine sauce
S: atkins bar... Used to be able to eat them, now I seem to feel nauseous when I eat them.
Drinks: water, nas ribena, skinny latte.
Exercise: 10 minutes jogging, 5 minutes brisk walk on treadmill, 12 minutes rowing machine, 100 crunches, 15 hip thrusts.

Crackers, cheese and pickle / bag of monster munch

Snack:
Clementine

Dinner:
Homemade tomato salsa with broccoli and green beans and a spoonful of pasta

S -Costa flat white with s/f caramel syrup.
T - Leftover lasagne.

Drinks - Tea, water, nas squash.
Exercise - 30 min Strokeability class with my patients.
 
Weigh in day yesterday, 3lbs gain - grrr. Had a really good week as well, so know its cant be fat.

Yesterdays menu:

S: 1 babybel 40g chicken.
D: Beef burger with cheese, ketchup and salad.

Hi all 3lbs gain for me also, Not happy but its my own fault. These shifts are messing with my eating and sleeping. Been couple of weeks since was weighed last like but guna av to settle myself down. 2years 3 months plus out getting harder still have good restriction but am grazing at time especially at work, did have two glasses of wine last night tho don't usually just chilling out .

Menu today-

S 1/2 HOT CHOCOLATE
L 2 SLICES OF NIMBLE BROWN BREAD TOASTED WITH A CHEESE SLICE, 1 SMALL COOKIE

Exercise - 10 min hill interval bike & treadmill. 30 mins Abs class.

Chicken and noodle soup

Dinner:
Home made chicken fajita with peppers, onions, cucumbers, sour cream and salsa

Thank you Paula, Im not overly worried about my gain, as its right on cue for my (new found) lady cycle, It is a bit disappointing because I was super good last week, lol!
I'm struggling a bit with the psychological side of things at the moment. When I look in the mirror I still see the old me, I know I'm smaller but feel I look odd in clothes. I see all the lumps, bumps and unsightly folds. BUT 3 times in the last 2 weeks I've walked passed a mirror in a shop and failed to realise I was looking at myself. My brain is playing tricks on me.

Been xmas shopping, aggghhhhh!
