Hi all, heres a pic of me finally in a lill black dress! 10 stone down and 8 dress sizes smaller! Taken on saturday night! I felt a million dollars!

Yesterdays menu:
Brkfst:
Granola and natural yogurt and sultanas

Lunch:
Home made beef burrito

Dinner:
A lill prawn cocktail, 1/2 a cheese and bacon potato skin, paprika chicken breast

Water, nas squash, milk, protein shake

Today-
Breakfast - banana and 2 babybel light
Snack - half a cheese scone (at work in meeting. Tasted lovely but shouldn't have)
Lunch - homemade ham and coleslaw wrap, strawberrys
Snack - rice crispy cereal bar
Tea- 1 slice toast, beans and cheese
Will have hot choc later.
Hit my target of 12 stone on fri but 12.1 and a half today!

breakfast:
Raspberry and yogurt clusters

Lunch;
Crackerbread
Ham and cheese

Snack:
Mini pot of houmous and a couple of mini breadsticks

Dinner: (working late -parents evening)
Half a sandwich no crust with Tuna, mayo and onion on brown bread

2x mini fromage frais

A handful of sainsburys prawn crackers - my advent choccy and a lemon sherbet boiled sweet.

So lost my 3 lbs gain (water weight, as been weeing for england), plus 3 more pounds. 15 stone exactly, yay!

B: 2 poached eggs and ketchup. Yoghurt.
S: cashews and peanuts.
L: Chicken tikka with humous.
D: Home made turkey nuggets with salad and soft cheese dressing.
 
Thank you, I'm really thrilled. Had a sneeky weigh in again this morning, and I've dropped a pound. So even though it unofficial, I'm in to the 14s.
 
Woo good for you. Well done :) I can't seem to stop eating today myself! lol.
 
Hi all, jumped on the scales this morning, I've lost 5 and a half pounds.. I am so close to 11 stone exactly i can almost smell it!!! Lol
Its been a long time coming from 22 stone.

Todays menu:

Breakfast:
Had a meeting today so eating has gone to pot, tried my best though - a grab and go cereal bar

Lunch: crackers with cheese and grapes and a handful of tortilla chips

Snack:
Pepperami, mince pie at coffee break

Dinner:
Fishermans pie 3/4 of one (went down a treat)

Fromage frais and a satsuma

Coffee, milk, water, protein shake :)

Morning
Breakfast - malt loaf
Lunch - egg, 1 slice bacon and half slice of toast
Snack - babybel
Tea - home made spag Bol planned
Snack - ate a few homemade chips

Went to get a bra fitting today. Woman was lovely and said she was surprised my skin was as good as it was. But I know I can't go lower because of my skin. Was 12 exact again today. Just want to keep under 12 as a goal.
Anyway a 38d!!
So after my fitting, bought a bra and then went to primark to buy a load more, but struggled to get many in my new size!

Prawn stir fry, 4 prawn crackers and a small cheeky glass of red wine.

Hi everyone, had a terrible day restriction wise. I think i possibly ate too fast. I was badly sick on both lunch and dinner.

Breakfast:
Porridge and a handful of berries

Lunch:
Babysitting my niece today and over night so took her to macdonalds for lunch had 3 bites of a cheese burger and a couple of chips and it all came up!! :-((

Dinner:
Roast turkey, spoonful of mash, a little stuffing, a yorkie and some veg with gravy! Again alll came up :-((

Water, tea, nas squash, protein shake

Hopefully a better day tomorrow. X

Finished night shift, couple of hours sleep then 5 mile walk, on to Christmas festival, with yummy Christmas foods. One thing I love now is how I never feel greedy. If I over indulge, I just feel like I'm just behaving in a normal way. Because average weight people have treats and occasionally over indulge.

B: 1/2 bacon sandwich. Apple.
L: small mulled wine, and roasted mixed nuts (still warm, yum).
S: Irish coffee with coffee liqueur.
D: Roast chicken dinner.

I am loving nuts at the moment, must be all the B vitamins in them.

I have switched back to nuts to take for break at work stead of biscuits xx just hope don't break any of my teeth, that is the down side of things xxx
 
Nuts...yum
Especially with chocolate on(as an odd treat,especially Brazil's,and I can only manage 2/3 before I dump)
So it's ok..
It's christmas!
 
I wish I could dump on anything but I don't. I have seen you guys still have restrictions. I think that is blessing. Yesterday I ate:
2 slices bread with humus
4 spoon rice with 4 slices of lamb
Bowl of salad with 4 slices of Lamb
 
Dumping easily is certainly NOT a blessing !! I had my worse dumping experience today, felt extremely unwell and had to be brought home from work for 3 hours - I wouldn't wish it on my worse enemy :(
 
Can anyone suggest something tasty for me to eat?.....I'm 2.5 weeks post op and really want something other than soup!!!!! :(
