bypass daily menu -

Dumping easily is certainly NOT a blessing !! I had my worse dumping experience today, felt extremely unwell and had to be brought home from work for 3 hours - I wouldn't wish it on my worse enemy :(

With you on that one...it's bad when it happens when your "out " it can be extremely embarrassing.
That's why I have to choose food very carefully when I'm out.

Can anyone suggest something tasty for me to eat?.....I'm 2.5 weeks post op and really want something other than soup!!!!! :(

You could try fat free fromage frais with mashed fresh berries and sweetner (optional) That's delicious! Could be naughty but isnt!

Oh yum that sounds lovely! Thanks Hun......but I don't think I can take that thick consistency yet!! :(

Anything thicker than milk I dump on!!

But will def try in a couple of weeks xx

Could you try a fruit smoothie with milk? Banana & strawberry just to add flavour? Maybe with some vanilla essence?

Is it something sweet you're wanting or savory?

Why don't you puree some sunday lunch but keep the vegetables separate do 5 tubs spoon of veg in each 2 /3 veg in each. Puree meat, chicken you couls have a little stuffing just made with hot water, or with pork you could have apple sauce just give it a different taste, use the bisti granules, chicken, beef and the one with onion flavour too is nice have you tried bisto cheese granules with broccoli n cauli that's very nice to xx
