Today's menu:

B: half a banana and two babybell light.
L: five olives, two chunks of light Greek cheese and three small flame grilled chicken chunks.
S: one mp virtue bar from myprotein. Com
D: wild salmon fillet with spinach and tomato and roasted garlic sauce
S: another virtue bar and an apple.
S: possibly a cup of warm milk before bed.
Exercise: half an hour running on treadmill, five minutes arm bike, hundred crunches, twenty reps of another ab exercise, thirty leg lifts on each leg, forty push ups.
Drinks: water, nas ribena.
Lost 6 pounds over the holidays, but didn't exercise until today and it showed. It was hard to get back into it.
 
Well yesterdays fast day went ok, felt very tired and headachey, so went to bed early. It was badly times though, I forgot I had to have 16 hour fasting blood test, so I couldn't eat until 11am! OMG, I could have chewed off my own arm. Haven't felt hunger like that since I was on the milk diet. But I was pretty retrained, and still managed to eat slowly.

B: 1 scrambled egg, 2 bacon rashers and pan fried mushrooms.
S: Small latte.
L: Sliced chicken, blue cheese and an apple.
D: Homemade pizza and roasted veg and cous cous salad.
P: Yogurt and banana.

Snacks 4 cashews fruit salad

I FIND THAT BEANS REALLY FILL ME UP VERY QUICKLY, SO FOR THOSE WHO FEEL HUNGRY TRY BAKED BEANS AND SEE IF THATS THE CASE FOR YOU AND LET ME KNOW PLEASE

Hi all. My intentions today were good but I haven't stuck to them!

Breakfast - banana and two babybel
Snack - aldi version of skips crisps
Lunch - tea cake then apple
Snack - aldi low fat crisps.
Tea - Christmas cake ! Not touched the icing. Was supposed to have turkey curry.
Annoyed at myself. Going to have to throw this Christmas cake away, only me in the house eating it.

Beef hot pot with veg

Snack:
Crisps

Dinner:
Chicken goujons, mash potatoes and beans

Looks like you getting better Ceecie, protein is looking good just need to incorporate ya fruit n veg in now, great new start way to go girl xx Tonsilitis is awful at the best of times but in the early days after the op we are tired and running on empty as it is. xx

D: Chilli con carne with rice and sour cream.

Lunch - BLT and skinny chips. Was out at a cafe. Didn't eat much if the bread and left a lot of the chips but ate the bacon!
Tea - 2 packets of noughts and crosses. Another thing I need to stop buying as I eat them to easily

Lunch:
Shepard's pie with peas and gravy

Snack:
Watermelon and fromage frais x2

Dinner:
A carvery-turkey, mashed pots, veg, and a yorkie with gravy

Grapes and some Wensleydale cheese

1 small roast potato
Italian herbed sausage cooked in an italian sauce with olives, mushrooms and onions
Broccoli

D. Baked fillet of cod, handful baked prawns, 1/2 jkt potatoe, tsp LF mayonnaise
S. strawberries and Greek yoghurt.

Fluids. 2 L water, 3cups tea.

L: new york chicken wrap and salad.
D: macaroni cheese, sausage, tomato and mushrooms.
S: small glass red wine.
P: small bowl ice cream.

Naughty but so nice. Amazingly within my calorie goal for the day.
 
Felt permanently nauseous today, not like me at all.

B: 3 chipolatas and 2 spoons beans.
S: flapjack and glass milk.
L: 3 crackerbreads with 2 slices corned beef and pickle.
D: chicken and leek casserole with dumplings.
P: fun size malteasers.
 
B: egg bacon tinned toms mushrooms
L: H/M quiche with beetroot
D: H/M chicken tikka masala and 4 crisp sized popadoms
Snacks cube of cheese & half tinned pear
