You need to look after yourself more Ceecie, cannot afford to take risks especially been so newly post op. Try and sip often I know eating and sipping takes up all day it is like that at the start, it does improve xx
 
Thanks ladies, I'm feeling a bit better now, I was awake all night and managed to increase on the fluids. Makes such a difference!! Will try to eat something later x

Haha!! Are you hungry Yve?!! I just had a crackerbread with some tuna and cottage cheese on it, was dreadful!!

Well it January, which means EVERYONE at work wants to drop a few pounds. On average it seems everyone's goals are about 2 to 3 stone by the summer. Its the first year I feel like I can participate, as I want to lose 2 1/2 stone by August. And for the first time, I'm not ashamed of our group weigh ins. We have formed a little weight loss group, and I've got everyone using mfp, lol. I'm lucky that my colleges, have seen how hard I've worked for this, and they accept that it's still an effort for me to lose weight. For the first time, I feel like I'm the most likely to succeed.

Christmas has done wonders for my motivation, and seems to really helped by giving me a bit of a break from diet mode.

B: Protein shake.
S: yogurt.
L: cheese, ham, chicken and an apple.
S: Glass milk.
D: beef Bolognase.
S: glass milk

B: rice krispies - 4 teaspoons
L: 1 egg omelette
D: 1 new potato baked beans & cheese

Snacks: half tinned pear and a melon slice
Drinks: diluted apple juice
 
Yesterdays Menu;

Breakfast;
3 egg yolks on a crisp bake bread

Lunch:
A homemade burger, potato waffle and lettuce, onion, cheese and ketchup made up as a burger- ate 1/4

Snack:
Handful of pistachios and a fromage frais

Dinner:
@ the beefeater, a sirloin steak, 1 chip, peppercorn sauce and a flat mushroom ( was horribly sick and all came back up)

Brunch:

Snacks during day:
Half a banana with a teaspoon of peanut butter
Fromage frais
Handfull of nuts
Protein shake

Dinner:
Roast duck with cucumber and spring onions
A couple of prawn crackers

Some slices of melon

Thank you. I hope so, it does get so much harder after 6 months out. But I've regained a lot of my old determination over the xmas period.

The stages are so miserable, but it flies by. I think you are doing great.

B: Baked beans and 2 rashers of bacon.
L: Cafe latte. Mixed bean salad.
S: 1 small glass white wine.
D: Beef bourgignon and rice.
S: Mince pie and brandy cream.
 
B - bacon scrambled egg mushrooms and toast
Sn- grapes
L - mugshot noodles with prawns and mushrooms
Sn - yoghurt and grapes
Sn apple
D - KFC fakeaway
Sn - not sure yet. I have some mini cheesecakes I might have one of.
 
Yesterday's;

B. 1 egg scrambled + 2 tbsp baked beans
S. large glass milk
L. Large pot petis pois
D. Fish pie (ate most of it)
S. milky coffee

Fluids: tea coffees water

Hello everyone,
I am back to work tomorrow after an amazing 2 weeks off, and today i have woken up with swollen glands, achy bones, and a fuzzy head :-( typical!!!

Todays Menu:

Breakfast:
1 crisp bake cracker with 1 hard boiled yolk

Lunch: / Dinner
An italian dish which is a thin piece of steak, laud out raw, some herbs, some slices of parmesan cheese, a slice of ham and a hard boiled egg all rolled up together and secured with tooth picks to keep it rolled up together and cooked in a homemade italian tomato sauce!! Mmm yummy cant wait to eat it!!

Tea:
Crackers with soft cheese and tomato slices and a slice of homey roasted gammon.

Snacks:
Fromage frais
Melon slices
1 pack of walkers french fries
2 little italian almond biscuits
