Well all, have taken the bull by the horns and got weighed this morning the last 2 weeks have been finishing off the heroes from Christmas and the biscuits, still more of them to go like. I have put on weight. I knew I had because I can feel it. Meals are fine and portion control its the extra bits av been munching that have done it. Back to the drawing board and start a fresh have been craving sweet stuff. Well that's it. Have gone wher I never wanted to go back to have been just under 15 stone for a few months now its 15st 3 I started at 24 st 11. I hope I would never see 15 again. I have disappointed my self think I have become too complacent. On a course today and tomorrow so hopefully will not be eating things in between meals. That's the down fall. Work is difficult days not so bad its the night shift extra food to what I would normally have because we start work at 4 till midnight. sleep til 7 then work til 9.30 then go home. Its the once teatime is over if its not too busy just looking for stuff to have with a cuppa old habits returned n can just turn around and go away again. I need to do this and turn it around sorry for ranting but have to say it to myself. xx Have a great day all.
