bypass daily menu -

Well all, have taken the bull by the horns and got weighed this morning the last 2 weeks have been finishing off the heroes from Christmas and the biscuits, still more of them to go like. I have put on weight. I knew I had because I can feel it. Meals are fine and portion control its the extra bits av been munching that have done it. Back to the drawing board and start a fresh have been craving sweet stuff. Well that's it. Have gone wher I never wanted to go back to have been just under 15 stone for a few months now its 15st 3 I started at 24 st 11. I hope I would never see 15 again. I have disappointed my self think I have become too complacent. On a course today and tomorrow so hopefully will not be eating things in between meals. That's the down fall. Work is difficult days not so bad its the night shift extra food to what I would normally have because we start work at 4 till midnight. sleep til 7 then work til 9.30 then go home. Its the once teatime is over if its not too busy just looking for stuff to have with a cuppa old habits returned n can just turn around and go away again. I need to do this and turn it around sorry for ranting but have to say it to myself. xx Have a great day all.
 
The fact that you have noticed it, is the most important, don't beat yourself up too much because your not in denial and you know where you have slipped! Dust yourself off, draw a line and continue what you know you should be doing. I wish you well xxx

Thank you yeah I know what I have to do its the bloody sweet craving, I don't feel hungry at all, its the cravings n poor will power. ha xx I am on the case xxx
 
I work a mix of nights and days too Chrisa, and its incredibly hard to get the eating right on the nights. You have only gone up a few pounds, and you know the reason. Once all the xmas stuff is finished, you'll go back to you old eating habits. You can loose it my dear.

For me it used to be that the days I worked I could be good, but the days I was at home I pretty much binge eat all day. Now Its the other way around, I find it so hard to resist all the choccies etc at work. But at home I'm really quite good. Was at work yesterday, and patient left us a chocolate hamper - I showed more restraint that most of my colleges, which is good. But I still ate some! Not in the plan.

Yesterday

B: Protein bar and latte.
S: 2 slice corned beef and pickle on 2 crackerbreads
L: Chicken and bean salad.
S: 6 chocolate truffles.
D: 2 Slices HM pizza with cous cous salad.
S: Apple.

Today

B: 2 scrambled eggs.
S: Babybel.
L: Sliced ham and beans salad.
D: HM cheeseburger and salad.
S: Fun size milky way.

Hi Chrisa! I'm sooooo glad you got yourself weighed and are facing up to your gain! None of us are perfect yet we still disappoint ourselves when things aren't ideal.
You are back in control, that's all that matters. A few naughty weeks over Christmas and New Year means nothing to your long term health Hun.

I have no fancy trying it Mark just cannot go back to it. Just cutting down on the carbs n cut out most of the crap xx up the water xx n protein xx

Fluids. Nas ribena, 5 herbal teas

Been very norty today I forgot to eat as I have been running round the park with my god daughter all afternoon and shopping all morning so for dinner I had h/m Tikka Masala (low fat) with 4 10p piece sized popadoms

Will have fruit for a snack later

Ugggh, on nights. Still feel like poop, I have a history of SAD so Im pretty sure that is what is going on.

S: Small banana. Small cappuccino.
L: Chicken and bacon in a mushroom sauce with pasta.
S: 35g Cheese and apple.
D: Sweet chilli Philadelphia with chicken on 2 crackerbreads.
