bypass daily menu -

Yesterday's menu.

B - Costa flat white with s/f caramel syrup.
L - Cheese on toast.
D - Home made chicken pie (no pastry)
S - Clementine.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, nas ribena.
 
Well I did stick to it yesterday.

Menu today so far

B 2 SLICES WHOLEMEAL NIMBLE TOASTED, PEK CHOPPED PORK

GRAPES, melon

D BACON SKINLESS THIN SAUSAGES. MUSHROOMS AND TOMATOES ALL OVEN COOKED

LOTS OF TEA. listening to my body it is not hungry at all. Just have to keep reminding my head that I will get some beef off this week I WILL. xx

I've been the same lately Chris. Listening to my head, as opposed to my body. I've had a rough couple of weeks. My best friends cancer has spread, also having to put my cat to sleep has made me emotionally eat.

That's why I've decided to start posting my menus again, in the hope it'll get me back on track. We can do it xx
 
Me too I know where you coming from my friend has breast cancer and just finished her chemo has meeting with surgeon Monday to see when and if its double mastectomy or single. It has been crap lately and our heads do take over, that's why I am posting my menus so that I can see what I have had , xx Good luck xxxx

Breakfast - aldi version of go ahead biscuits
Snack - banana
Lunch - homemade prawn and cheese salad. Mmmm
Snack - apple
Tea - jacket potato. 1st one since op. Stuffed.
Snack - 2 fig roles

Weigh in day, lost 2lb gain from last week, plus 3lb more, so pretty chuffed with that. I'm just 1 lb from onederland! Had my first CBT session today, I thought I was pretty well adjusted. But it's clear I still have a lot of anxiety and anger surrounding food and eating.

B: greek yogurt and granola.
L: protein bar and apple.
D: baked cod with baby spinach and tomatos.

5 lb in the one go would be fab Well done Fjsinc would like to think I could manage that. I am trying so hard not to listen to my head. 2 good days have cut right back to basics, fingers crossed xx

L: Homemade turkey nuggets, potato wedges and salad.
S: Apple and 40g low fat cheese.
D: chicken tikka with spicy cous cous and spinach.
