No not yet, had my nutrition screen last week. Level still high. It is dropping slightly each time, so I think I'll probably need them in about a year. My GP wont give them to me unless there is a therapeutic need.
 
well if they're high there should be no need. How much calcium/d3 are you taking in a day?

B/L 1 rasher fat removed bacon 1/3 of a poached egg 1 tinned tom
D 2 small slices of chicken 2 sprouts a few peas half a carrot gravy
S 6 grapes
 
B/L. 3 bacon eyes, 1 egg, tbsp baked beans
D. 3 crackerbreads with 3 slices ham
S. 2 belvita oat biscuits

Fluids. 3 mugs tea, 2 herbal teas, 1L nas ribena
 
Had my first clementine today. It was amazing! And no dumping :)

Also had mini roast dinner. Tiny bit of Chicken leg, 3 slices carrot, a broccoli floret and a cauliflower floret. Yummmm :)

Im taking 1 25ug D3 tab once. And calcium 800mg with 10ug VitD twice daily. I also hit my advised dairy quota most days.

Im only borderline VitD insufficient, and its stable. Doctors not at all concerned about it.
 
I wonder if its calcium that's the issue. I've been advised not less than 1000g calcium in a day, split between morning and night for absorption. D3 being low would be something my team would worry about but your doses are higher than mine so I can't see that being an issue either.

To be honest, I'm so very careful with my supplementation. My teams view was that in terms of calcium, I was virtually getting enough from diet alone, and left it as my choice whether to supplement or not. Im not deficient in VitD, only very borderline insufficiency. Apparently im above the british average!

So my conclusion as to why I've felt like poop is a mix of stress at work, the blooming winter, getting tonsillitis at xmas, oh and my ruddy hormones, lol!
 
I really thought I had lost weight this week hmphh! Rant to myswelf really. Well I have more bad news I have had the odd treat this week but have managed to put on another 2 lb I don't know how and that takes me to 5lb over that awful 15 stone where I didn't want to go. My God what do I have to do. Well its simple stop all the sweet stuff. Cut out everything between meals, can I do it YES I CANNNNNN!!!!!!!!

B: Hot cross bun with butter
S: satsuma, grapes, melon (not all in one go)
L: Ham and piccalilli wholemeal sandwich (half) pack of salt and vinegar chip sticks
S: fromage frais, fun size choc bar, babybel, dairylea dunker (not in one go)
D: Home made stuffed peppers, a big orange pepper filled with a mixture of mince beef, bread crumbs parmesan cheese, mushrooms and mozzarella all baked in the oven in a home made italian tomato sauce
