well if they're high there should be no need. How much calcium/d3 are you taking in a day?
I wonder if its calcium that's the issue. I've been advised not less than 1000g calcium in a day, split between morning and night for absorption. D3 being low would be something my team would worry about but your doses are higher than mine so I can't see that being an issue either.
Thank you for the advice my dear. To be honest, I'm so very careful with my supplementation. My teams view was that in terms of calcium, I was virtually getting enough from diet alone, and left it as my choice whether to supplement or not. Im not deficient in VitD, only very borderline insufficiency. Apparently im above the british average! So my conclusion as to why I've felt like poop is a mix of stress at work, the blooming winter, getting tonsillitis at xmas, oh and my ruddy hormones, lol!
