How did it go hon? Have you noticed a difference?
 
So far today:
B: red berry special K with ss milk
S: raisin cereal bar
L: bacon and melted cheese sandwich on a brown warby thin with ketchup
S: some hard cheese, pack of Pom bears
D: will be a home made stuffed pepper, stuffed with beef mince, mozzarella, mushrooms, grated breadcrumbs, parmesan and garlic, cooked in a homemade italian tomato and herb sauce - yum!!

Hi Yve. I feel like I'm eating too much having the extra protein. I swapped the banana for 2 Quorn sausages and chicken as snack instead of cheddars but it feels like an awful lot. I know the calories are ok because I'm still under the 1400 but it feels bulky. I don't want to stretch the pouch at all. Do you think today's food was about right.
 
See for me that would be fine. Capacity grows naturally and if we don't eat to restriction we will end up snacking. Do you have good restrcition?
 
B. 2 lean rashers bacon, egg yolk, few mushrooms
L. 2 baked fillets of cod, cheese, spinach
D. 3 crackers, slice of ham, 5 cherry toms
S. large glass milk

Fluids. 5 mugs tea, 2herbal teas, latte, water
 
B: 6 grapes
L: 4 mini melba toasts 1 dairylea 2 teaspoons salad
D: H/M chicken tikka (6 teaspoons) 1 small popadom
S: few grapes few cherries

D: diluted apple juice & flavoured water
 
It seems to be
2 round of bread without crusts with a bit of ham and cheese or
1 chicken thigh with 4 chips or
1 toast with 2 medium eggs or
100g beef with a few veg and a small Yorkshire pud

Is this normal for 10 months out???
Some days it seems thing go down easy and some days 2 mouthfuls and pain.

I think it's normal enough I read some other people have the same.
 
The variation is defo normal. Today I finished off my teaplate. Yesterday only managed the protein.

L - steak fajita with Fage & 10g cheese.
T - Home made rice pudding.

Drinks - tea, coffee, nas ribena.

Today-

B wholemeal toast with spread and ginger marmalade
L beef, pudd, potato, turnip, carrots, cabbage, mintsauce with chopped onion in, gravy delish................
D wholemeal bun with beef and onion, small slither of fresh cream roll , mam and dads wedding anniversary
tea, coffee
 
Breakfast: naughty was running out the door, biscuits
Lunch: 4 melba toasts with houmous
Snack: handful of walkers french fries, 2 pick n mix sweeties (pinched off my niece)
Dinner: toad in the whole with broc and cauli and gravy
Pudding: tin peaches and custard

Snack later on tonight. Melba toast and dairy lea soft cheese and some strawberries

D: 1 small slice roast pork, 2 sprouts, tablespoon of cabbage, tablespoon cauli, gravy and lots of mustard.

Bad day today! Far too busy for a Sunday!!

Skipped Breakfast and Lunch and had beef stew around 4pm, then 4 oaty biscuits around 8pm. Just no inclination to stop and eat at the mo!

Lunch: dairylea dunker, Pepperami and a cheese string
Snack: pack of Crisps and a fun size choc bar
Late afternoon: strawberries and raspberries, half a ham and coleslaw warby thin
Dinner: 4 chicken nuggets
