L. WW greek style yoghurt, 8 grapes, pkt quavers
D. Steak burger, 3 cherry toms, bit of salad, tbsp walnut/celery/sultana salad
Fluids. 3 mugs tea, latte, elderflower cordial (yum)

Really working it at the gym, but no sign of scales budging. I have a question for everyone: in your opinion how much protein is TOO MUCH protein in a daily diet? B: 2 Leftover pizza slices (oops, lol). Skinny latte. S: Protein bar. L: Chicken and fruity cous cous salad. S: Mini eat natural bar. 2 small glasses white wine. D: 1/2 gammon steak and blue cheese salad. S: Choc ice.
