bypass daily menu -

B. 2 egg yolks on a slice of toast - felt nauseous for 3-4 hrs afterwards
L. WW greek style yoghurt, 8 grapes, pkt quavers
D. Steak burger, 3 cherry toms, bit of salad, tbsp walnut/celery/sultana salad

Fluids. 3 mugs tea, latte, elderflower cordial (yum)
 
B: Half a weetabix splash skimmed milk
L: beetroot & finger of cheese
D: 1 egg omelette with onion mushroom & ham in with 2 teaspoons beans (couldn't eat it all)

Hi Widdershins! I really struggle with the egg white for some reason, which is why I have 2 yolks rather than 1, it makes up the 50% protein I lose by chucking the whites away! I'm fine with the whites if I beat them for an omelette!

Really working it at the gym, but no sign of scales budging.

I have a question for everyone: in your opinion how much protein is TOO MUCH protein in a daily diet?

B: 2 Leftover pizza slices (oops, lol). Skinny latte.
S: Protein bar.
L: Chicken and fruity cous cous salad.
S: Mini eat natural bar. 2 small glasses white wine.
D: 1/2 gammon steak and blue cheese salad.
S: Choc ice.

I don't know the answer to that. but its better to eat that than crap.

TEA, COFFEE, QUAVERS IF AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING WOULD LIKETO SAY HNGRY BUT I HONESTKY DO NOT FEEL IT. bUT THE HEAD DOES AND IT CRAVES STUFF. I HAVE STARTED EXERCISING AGAIN MAINLY STRETCHING AND TONING. WORKING ON THE TUM BUM THIGHS AND LEGS. NEED TO KEEP IT UP READY FRO THE SUMMER.
 
I was told to aim for 60g protein too. When I told my dietician a few weeks later that sometimes I ate 100g ( I track using my fitness pal) her eyes nearly popped out! She didn't say it was too much I think she was just shocked I could eat so much protein but still stay under 1200 calories.

280g is the point where the health benefits are outweighed by your liver struggling to process it. So I have never been in any danger lol. I try for a minimum of 100g and I think it is this that keeps me moving still.
 
Fayz I used to do that. On a good day my stats would be 120g protein vs 70g carbs but circa 1400 cals.
