Breakfast: ritz crackers and brie

Mid am snack: cashews

Lunch: spoonful of cous cous, vegetable soup and 1/4 of a seeded organic bread roll with butter

Pm snack: monster munch and a fun size choccy

Dinner: potato waffle, fish finger and beans

Pudding: peaches and custard

Hi everyone, had a busy few days so haven't checked in. Yesterday i went to my sisters 21st birthday celebration, my mum hired out an italian restaurant! I brought a new dress and what with the weather in south London yesterday, it was a perfect match!! I felt amazing and the comments i got from friends and family was amazing. I have added a pic to show you! I think the last time i wore a short dress like that i was a kid!!! Very very happy!! I did splash out with food and drink yesterday, but once in a while is allowed!! Breakfast: Cereal and milk Champagne and canapés Dinner/lunch: 6 calamari rings and tartar sauce Mash potato, grilled chicken and a creamy mushroom sauce and asparagus Sicilian Cannoli Red wine, prosecco, and coffee Birthday cake!! B: Mornflake porridge skimmed milk and Canderel
L: 2 crispbreads with 1 laughing cow lite cheese triangle, 1 baby bel light
S : a few Special K cracker crisps
D: 1/2 salmon fillet, spinach, broccoli, floret, 2 asparagus spears, 1 slice potato
Followed by 1/2 tin ambrosia low fat custard which made me feel really sick.
Have had to lie down and let sickness pass. Serves me right for trying to have a
Pudding at 6 weeks post op (tomorrow).

S: few grapes later if I'm in the mood
 
B: 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk.
S; Protein flapjack. Skinny latte.
L; Small tin beans and sausages.
S: 2 babybel and an apple.
D: 1&1/2 sausage and macaroni cheese, with grilled mushrooms.
P: Choc ice.
 
Weigh in day, I'm going to have a flipping tantrum, lol. Still stalled! 7 weeks now. I keep changing things up with my food, drink 3+ litres water daily, I've increased my activity - nothing is having an effect. I'm REALLY stuck.

B: Beans and 2 rashers bacon.
S: protein bar (after gym).
L: Ham and cheese wrap. Apple.
D: Baked cod and chorizo, with salad and a few wedges,
P: Oaty apple crumble and lf custard.

Have you taken measurements instead of weighing yourself? Sometimes our bodies take some time, and re-jig body fat...your shape may have changed, but your weight stayed the same.

A little bit lost, 2 inchs off my waist, everything else the same. Overall opinion from the people around me is that I'm LOOKING a lot thinner in the last few weeks, so I do recognise that my body is still changing. You know in so many ways I'm happy with where I am. BUT the docs want me to have a BMI <30 for potential fertility treatment. Does feel like a slap in the face!

B: orridge with s milk
L: 1/2 tin Baxters stay full soup
D: 2 slices roast chicken 1 roast potato 2 sprouts, few carrots and gravy
S: 6 squares of Boots diabetic chocolate no sugar
S: 1 pot low fat custard
Options hot chocolate, 3 teas, 3 pints NAS squash
 
Been to see the dietician today, she was very pleased with what i am eating. I am now at goal weight and they now want me to maintain my weight at 10 and a half stone and not loose anymore weight. I am very chuffed that i have managed to loose 12 stone in 12 months and can proudly say i am at goal, now the hard bit is to maintain my healthy weight.

WEll done you I can only dream. Mine wouldn't gio down as far as that, think its with years of ww dieting eating healthy and always being active, my body just wouldn't lose any more thyan 3 stone. Now its has lost as much as 10 1/2 and now plateaud out at round 9 stone altogether I started at 24 st 11 and at the mo am weighing in bout 15st 5. I did get down to 14st 5/6 but that's was over a year ago then before Christmas I was sitting just below 15 then suddenly it has jumped over. I didn't want that to happen but it has. I still see my self as large the mirror isn't too unkind when I have a good luck but I feel I am huge getting ready, my thighs n bum are problem area always have been. I am out this weekend and hoping my going out clothe still fit ok they should do but will be apprehensive knowing I have put that bit on. The head doesn't change it needs to but it won't. I am so pleased that others are managing to do so much more than I have, it is annoying at times and I can get a little envious but am thankful foir this chance I was given but just hope and pray it goes up no further I am over 2 1/2 years post now and it is alarming me some what. xx
