Food today

b. banana and a slice of toast with lf spread
l. 1/2 tin veg soup
d. mccain jacket pot with 3 tablespoons of home made bolognaise

snacks - dairylea dunkers , 1 x laughing cow triangle , 3 pickled onions , 25g bbq chicken slices

drinks - 5 cups of tea , probably not enough.

Been feeling really hungry again today :-(
 
Been a bit of a mixed up/busy day today so my meals have suffered as a consequence.

B - 4 cracker bread with XML amount of olive pate
L - 150 gr LF cottage cheese
T - 100 gr root veg mash, 70 gr cheese sauce

Snacks cup of Bovril , 2 mini spring rolls , 5 prawn crackers ....was very surprised at the low cal content of spring rolls and prawn crackers.

It was a big test for me when the rest of my family had a Chinese takeaway tonight, but I really wasn't bothered by it!
 
Well everyone seems to be doing ok, shame bout your tooth Dimond will be much better when it comes out it will hurt you no more, mouth will be a little sore but nothing worse than tooth pain, think it really disorientates you you can't concentrate on anything, can't sleep or eat either tis awfulx
Keep taking the tablets, n carry on evryone. Shelley hope you have a fantastic time on holiday you lucky girl, don't think my 3 days trip to Scotland even comes close, think we all wel gel, you enjoy lovley. xx Love the new shoes, good for you xx
 
Thanks everyone. My holiday isn't till the 2nd of November (I'm going to La Palma, lots of beautiful walks through forests and active volcano's!) but I've not been away for years so very excited about it. I want to get clothes for it but no idea what size I'll be then.

I lost 4lb this week, making 90lb lost so far. Super pleased with that. I'm very much on a weight loss high at the moment :D x

Todays Menu -

Breakfast - Blackberries
Lunch - Half a portobello stuffed mushroom (stuffed with lf cheese and veggies)
Dinner - Beef Casserole - Healthy living reduced fat dice beef, mushrooms, onions, broccoli, carrots, and courgettes (grown in my sisters garden).
Snack - Diet reflex strawberry protein shake.

521 cals 42g carbs 51g protein.

It was yummy. No oil or spray just pop it on a tray in the oven but if you are worried about it sticking some 1 cal olive oil spray on the tray should be fine. I pre cook the vegetables and mix them with some low fat cream cheese so it becomes a paste and remove the stalk of the mushroom and put the filling in. Then sprinkle some low fat cheese on top. You can put some bread crumbs on top too if you like :) xx

Well ladies n gents I have had a not so god day,but its better now am home. I started with porridge today for breakfast, and being silly after being weighed this morning and staying the same because this is the start of another stall, have lost for last 4 weeks, decide I would have 6 mint imperials in my pocket for work. Well I ate one on the way at 7.30 the last one I ate at 10.05 going to my 2nd lesson, by the time i got to my lesson, my tummy was cramping but just felt like things were getting ready for the toilet, by 11the pains were coming in waves and i had hot flushes, The bell rang for break and I went to my department, and the loo, no couldnt go, pains got worse much more painful, was dreadful. bell went break over made my way to next class, i was doubling over when the pains came again made my excuses back to loo result. got back to class more waves of pain, just had to go, stayed in the toilet whole time was very painful didnt get back to lesson till just after 12 after nutha 4 results, i passed someone in the corridor afterwards and they asked if i was ok i knew i looked dreadful what an experience, dumping me thinks. xx not nice at all.

Sorry chrisa but if this pain hasn't gone by saturday I don't think I'll be able to make it to Durham. I'll let you know tomorrow. Is anyone else going?

I am ok now just feels bit wish washy, have had the mints before but usually only have 3 at the most, I have a suspician it may even be the porridge cos 1 weetabix gives me pains and then I need toilet, so could well be porridge. Hope your tooth feels bit betta tomorrow was looking forward to meeting ya. Don't know who's going exactly 2 or 3 definites there was but hope some more come, really hope you can make it but not to worry if you can't we'll forgive you under the circumstances . x Bet it ends up just me xx
 
Sorry to hear you had such a rough time of it chrisa!! I lived on polo mints and suchlike before the bypass, and make do now with the odd sugar free one, but listening to what happened to you will certainly make me think twice about over doing them.. Hope you feel better soon xxx

Thought things were on the up today, been eating well the last few days and o/h is finally out of hospital permenantly.

b. weetabix with ss milk and sweetner
l. ate out - had a very small Toby Carvery ( about 1/4 of a slice of turkey, mash , some peas , swede a bit of a small yorkie with loads of gravy). Managed about half of it.
d. Was going to have a couple of Ryvita Thins with laughing cow cheese, couple of small slices of bbq chicken with mayo , and a baby beetroot.
snacks - banana
drinks - four cups of tea , bottle of water.

Was really enjoying dinner but then promptly threw up a purple liquid. I think it was the beetroot , but I had ate it ok the other day.

Going to have a cup a soup later with some bovil in it.

Hoping I have more of a weight loss this week , only 1lb last week.

Oh, I have also managed to get my vitamins on prescription (Forceval)

Lunch - two chicken skewers, melba, Philly and baby beets
Dinner - went out for Tapas had mussels with chilli and ginger, cured salmon, tempura prawns with chilli jam - ate half mussels, two pieces salmon and peeled the batter off the praens! Delish I think tapas is the way forward for meals!
 
Good morning all may we all have a good day to day wether its weigh day n you have lost or had a stall, we are on our way to a new us, we knew times would be tough we have to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves down, fasten our seatbelts and away we go again for another episode of the ride of our lives!!!! Well!! I am over the moon!!! Did my weekly weigh this morning and I have lost 5 lbs!! Weighed myself 3 times just to make sure lol.... I feel so much more positive now, and ready to go back to work next week with a smile on my face.....
