thanks shelley!! in the 16's I can't believe it!! Just went and got my scales out again and got on them just to make sure lol!! Now it almost seems possible that I might just make my goal weight one day... These last couple of weeks have been a bit awful really, and if it hadn't been for all you people on here and with your advice and support I think I would've been in deep depression by now. So heartfelt thanks to you and everyone for helping me through this rollercoaster ride called bypass surgery!!!! xxxx

Finally managed to get over the 5 stone loss barrier today. Lost 3 lbs this week (better than 1lb last week) and have now lost 5 stone 1lb since pre op diet.

Took my first Forceval today. Aren't they huge? Didn't know if I was supposed to swallow or insert lol

Haha! I thought the same. Unfortunately they come straight back up with me. Great about the weight loss!
 
Congratulations on the weight loss retfordmag! that is an impressive amount you have lost.. The forceval are a bit daunting at first definitely lol!!!
 
Well , I was paying over £8 for multivitamins so thought why not try and get off the docs instead
 
I tried that to but my docs wouldn't give them on script. Well done to Amanda and Redfordmag on their great losses today brilliant. Hope everyone else has had a good day and lovely weekend. Well done Amanda & Retfordmag I'm chuffed for both of you with you're weight loss. I'll get weighed on Monday! Well Iv been feeling a little better today and felt hungry! Don't know if that's good or bad tho! Still got toothache but managed to eat on other side of mouth.

Tooth pain is very debilitating, takes over everything, its difficult to function when you have it, pleased you've managed some food keep taking the tablets xx hope you are feeling bit better tomorrow then we might get to meet up xx

Had a horrible day :( I've been fighting this coldy virus thing all week and still been working, cooking and cleaning etc (for my mum). Unfortunately seems to be a bad idea as much worse today and had to take the day off work. That never goes down well but neither does going in with something catching so you can never win. Anyway for the first time in months I was craving food, completely all in my head and all I wanted was carbs. I feel sick now so it seems to have calmed down but goes to show how easily it is to get those feelings back. Can't wait to feel better now.

Breakfast - 1 slice of toast
Lunch - ww chicken soup
Dinner - Left over beef casserole from yesterday. This was obviously too dry now and came straight back up after the 3rd mouthful. Horrible. Think will be giving red meat a miss for a little while.
Snack - Might have some crackers if feel up to it.

Roll on tomorrow! glad many of you have been having a much better day :)
 
Think its been a strange few days for most of us we all seem to have been suffering from something, take care, plenty fluids paracetamol and sleep keep warm but get plenty freshair. Ride the storm Shelleymarie. xx

Get better you poorly peeps!!!

I went shopping today to attempt to spend work bonus and didnt find a thing I wanted - boo to that! Just colouring my hair and going from v dark brown to iced coffee with a very slight red base - all change! Hope I like it last time I went red it took twelve boxes of Brown so i could leave the house! Tan n nails next as I'm out with some of the gym instructors tomorrow night (no pressure there then!)

B - nothing
L - yo sushi grilled chicken skewers and chicken gyoza (246 cal for both!)
D - ryvita minis, rice choc topped organic rice cakes - not nice not sitting well should have something proper to eat might boil an egg later

Dimond just get yourself better there will be other meetings there were 4 of us and we chatted for 2 hours without much of a break. We had lots to talk about and just so pleased someone came. Hope your mouth improves soon.
