bypass daily menu -

I woul just try it n see chew well you will soon know if it starts to stick, think its things like apple skins that are waxy coated that are the worst to deal with. x Pleased the tooth is feeling lot better, better off getting that tooth out or it'll be prone to getting infections then you would ahve to have it drilled n drained it wont hurt you no more once its out believe me, just sore gum for a week then its gone altogether. xx

B 100mls skim Milk L/F cheese triangle
L 100gms mash & 1 portion youngs fish in sauce
S L/F cheese triangle
D Poached Pear in natural juice
S 2 melba toast & 20gms LF philly with chives

Protein 67gms - Calories 615 - Carbs 42 - Fat 11.2
Drinks 1 litre NAS Squash - 1 Litre Water - cup of green tea - 500ml 40gm protein water

Very high carb day today, but just couldn't resist a little mashed potato with my fish.....
 
Food today

b. a small slice of M&S fruit loaf toasted with kiw fat soread
l. quorn "Curry fry" - o/h family favourite at party
d. ww lasagne- pleased to have managed pasta

snacks - two ryvita sweet chilli thins with low fat cheese triangle

drinks - water , tea
 
Hiya Redfordmag, you doing much better but be careful with bread n pasta, its usually the last thing to try on recommended diet sheet along with rice, don't want you to stretch your new pouch. As long as it went down ok but try not to have it too often, might not go down as easy next time, but you seem to be managing most things well done amazing weight loss, pleased oh doin well too. x usually 4-6 months for that food i think on my guide but i know each provider have their own rules, just bit concerned for ya don't want ya poorly xx
 
Menu for today -

Breakfast - slice of ham and some grapes
Lunch - 2 ryvitas with lf feta and olives
Dinner - reduced fat lamb steak and mushroom curry made with ww korma sauce.
Snack - 2 ww digestive biscuits

lots of carbs today but not large portions though, plenty fruit n veg. xx

I'm not feeling 100o/o tonight. Discomfort in tummy off and on most of today but bit stronger in the last hour had 2 buscopan n some prune juice, think might be bit constipated, have been but think bit blocked somewhere, am shattered hoping to go to bed at 9 and hope i can sleep and get rid of this awful tum. Good night all xx

Night chrisa, hope you're feeling better tomorrow! Well Iv only lost 1lb this week :-( but at least I'm still losing. Had a bad day food wise

Not good I know but I seem to be able to eat most things now. Bit scary really.
Got more anti-biotics today for another few days but the pain is really starting to ease now!

I woke up bout 10 lastnight and painw as bit worse, but managed to lie on my tummy bit and wnet back off. Feels ok this morning but guna go easy, got bit chicken for lunch or a dairylea dunker, n fruit which ever i fancy, just had bit of toast for breakfast. Hope it stays ok today, had spicy rice n veg yesterday n Sunday and the shepherd pie i made Sunday was salty due to a new gravy salt i used so had that yesterday as well so 2 days with 2 spicy meals each day so thought might be that upsetting me tum, can't eat very hot things my mouth burns, just cannot conquer that. Made sure I drank a lot yesterday and will do tha same today and flush through hopefully whatever is causing it, might be worth taking a lansoprasole, shoould have had it earlier if i thought will take it with me and have it at work. Have a good day all. I must say my biggest fear with tummy pain now is i worry incase I have an abscess or ulcer at the join sights cause that seems to be a problem for some people, I ahve gotten off quite lightly since the op n don't want to start with complications now, fingers x all will be well today xx

Threw up my dinner, oh had plated it up for me. Worrying thing is I handn't felt any discomfort before. Didnt make it to the loo in time and threw up on the floor - lovely!

Good for you plsd you feeln betta, I v not been 100o/o the last couple of days funny tummy painful at times and just feels bit strange. Hope i have a better day tomorrow have made myself go to the gym tonight for an hour but am totally knackered now ready for my bed i must be unwell.xx;)

Chrisa, retfordmag I'm pleased you are feeling better. I think most of us has been through the mill these last couple of weeks. I'm starting to worry as I'm feeling hungry now and picking on food! For my lunch I had nearly a full pack of super noodles with no effect. Did not feel stuffed amd certainly did not feel sick! Should I be able to eat all of this in one go? I thought after this surgery I would only be able to eat a little and I loved the thought of that as I would not have to hold my self back from eating and have that fight on my hands. Going from hardly eating anything to this, confused . Com !!!!!!!!!!
