Yesterday:
B - milky coffee & yogurt smoothie (fresh strawberries & banana YUMMY)
L - pepperami, mini babybel & glass oj
D - 1 small slice roast beef & gravy, couple spoons roasted veg, 1 tiny new potato and a couple forks full of salad
Snack: protein drink(between lunch and dinner). After dinner small scoop light ice cream w/diced strawberries, tiny bit of light whip and toasted almonds
Had a couple of friends over for dinner and did the whole meat and two veg followed by ice cream. Was lovely, was able to have a little of everything. This wouldn't be my everyday eating habits but was wonderful as a treat. Oh, also had a 1/2 glass of a great red wine before dinner.
