Gastric Bypass Daily Menus

Done better today

Breakfast = baby bel

Dinner = 1/2 jacket spud with prawns (pub with mum )

Tea = Im gonna have Salmon with parsley sauce and brocilli

Snacks = brazil nuts

Today wasn't great, lunch went wrong

B - wholemeal toast with lf philly
L - 1 plain biscuit
D - oven baked haddock and rss baked beans
Snacks - pack of mccoys through day
 
not to bad today

Breakfast = oatcake with cheese

Dinner = small bowl of lobby (pots, carrots,parsnip & meat stew)

Tea = Ham sandwich with lambs lettuce and a thin spread of mayo

Snacks = some vodka well 6

B - 1/2 peice of wholemeal toast with lf cheese, just about stayed down!
L - 3 KFC crispy strips spread out through the afternoon
D - minted lamb crisp bake
Snacks - few monster munch, 3 tsp lf custard

Dinner = 1 round wholemeal bread with spread on

Tea = 1 egg omelette with mushrooms

Snacks = brazil nuts, pork scratchings

B - didn't happen. Had a ginger biscuit when i woke up and a coffee around 9.30am. too nauseous
L - Rss beans on toast with lf cheese
Snacks - some monster munch
D - cod fish cake with a tbsp of dauphinois potatoes

May have a weight watchers frozen dessert later :)
 
Food yesterday:

B - small bowl fruit & fibre cereal
L - small salad, toasted almonds, sliced chicken role w/lf philly, really juicy pear
D - beef stew (homemade)
Snack - protein drink, small scoop light ice cream and a sqirt of lf topping, no sugar-added choc on top
 
Bad day today I had the runs and didnt dare to eat

Breakfast = nothing

Dinner = cup a soup

Tea = wholemeal toast with laughing cow triangle
 
B - 2 ginger nuts
L - bit of jacket pot with tuna
Snacks - some mccoys
D - chicken with roasted butternut squash
Snack - weight watchers dessert

dinner = 1 crumpet

tea = lamb, cauli, brocilli, parsnip with a spoon of mint sauce

Snack = 1/2 a banana

was nice Sam we should take pix of what we eat lol I bought a bag of frozen lamb chop things (tesco value £2.49) that can cook from frozen. So if I fancy lamb I can just pop a piece in the oven cooked in 30mins
 
Brunetteandred - new to this thread

I am new to this thread so here goes...

I had my first proper bash at 'sloppies' last night. Three spoonfuls of corned beef hash with three spoonfuls of gravy over on a sideplate. That went down ok.

Today:

B - 125ml chocolate SlimFast
L - 1x small baked sweet potato (flesh only) mashed with gravy
D - not yet - will update later.
 
B - toast and marmalade

Lunch - salad with tuna and light mayo

Tea - 1/4 of chicken breast in harissa paste with brocolli and butternut squash mash

snack - other 1/4 of the chicken and 2 rolos
 
Today not good as yet not well at mo

Breakfast = 1 slice wholemeal toast (dry no spread)

Dinner = 1 babybel light

Tea = 1 salmon fish finger with brocilli cauli and parsnip (veg left from last night) with some cheese sauce

Snack = muller light

Yesterday -

B - yougurt
L - mini babybel, pepperami, few toasted bread stick things (low in fat, high in carb plus .6g protein per stick, still should have skipped them)
D - Sliced beef in peppercorn sauce, 1 new potato, french green beans
Snack: glass of milk, clementine
 
b - 3/4 of muller light yoghurt

Lunch - pre-packed feta and red onion sandwich on grain bread ( ate half for lunch and other half at 3pm)

Tea - low fat oven chips and a cod in butter sauce

snacks - ryvita with dairylea triangle and a teaspoon of choc ice cream

L - 1/2 cheese/ham toastie on brown bread
D - pasta with tuna, lf cheese and lf mayo (comfort food)
Snacks - will be munching on junk food later for extra calories
