Gastric Bypass Daily Menus

B - porridge with skimmed milk
L - tuna & low fat coleslaw blended (actually tasted really nice)
D - low fat sausage casserole & root mash (blended)
Snacks - ww fromage frais, protein shake, lf yoghurt
 
Today

B - *super coffee* & satsuma
L - ww coronation tuna, sliced avacado & cucumber, lettuce
D - Ham & egg omelette, small croissant ( was yummy but made my intestines gurgle for an hour after, may have to skip them all together)
Snack - mini babybel, dried fruit & nuts
 
B - skinny decaff latte and a piece of cheese

L - half of duck wrap

T - lightly battered fish and a few chips

snax - small tin of thai tuna (determined to get that protein)
 
Not to bad today but had to make myself eat

Breakfast = Babybel and a satsuma

Dinner = 1 wholemeal bread with ham and beetroot

Tea = salmon fish fingers, baked beans. spoon of colslaw and LF cheese

Snacks = satsuma
 
Still on pureed.....only 10 more days to go before moving onto soft food!! whoo hoo!!

D - faggots in gravy & mixed veg

B - Super coffee, oatcake with sugar-free syrup, 2 slices of ham
L - yogurt, satsuma, pepperami
D - steak, grilled mushrooms, tomato, feta & avacado salad
Snack - slice of low-sugar, low-fat banana protein cake w/lf whip

Not to bad today protein a tad down

Breakfast = 1 wholemeal toast with a cheese triangle

Dinner = poppin quorn with a small salad(lettuce cucumber and beetroot) and a sprinkle of LF cheese

Tea = nothing didnt have dinner till 4pm

snacks = roasted soya beans, yogurt, strawberries and a cheese triangle

and a couple or 3/4/5/6/ vodka(need it to get through the eurovision song contest) just like to say the winner was ***** I wanted iceland to win

B skinny latte and picked meat and egg from a breakfast muffin

L - muller light

T - chicken stuffed with feta and a greek salad

snax - glass of weight watchers wine and some cheese and chive prezel type things watching eurovision

Breakfast = Crumpets with cheese triangle x2

Dinner/Tea = jacket potato with WW tuna/mayo/sweetcorn

Snacks = roast beef, strawberries and satsumas
 
B - wholemael toast with crust cot off and dry fried egg

L - home-made leek and potato soup - look mum i made soup!!!!

Tea - roast chicken dinner and a tiny sliver of victoria sponge, naughty but bloody nice

B - yogurt & mini babybel, satsuma
L - salad (cucumber, avacado, tomatoes, feta cheese, sliced pepperoni, spinach & lettuce)
D - tortilla pizza
Snack - super coffee, *pot of gold*

Breakfast = banana and 1/2 round of wholemeal bread

Dinner = WW yogurt and 2 babybel

Tea = chicken 50g, new pots (2), brocilli 50g, carrots 50g and a yorkshire pud looked a lot but went down lovely

L - mini babybell, pepperami, yogurt
D - chicken/salami/cheese roll x2, smashed potatoes (skins left on and mashed), corn & green beans
Snack - pot of gold, dried fruits & nuts

Lunch = lamb new potato(2) sweetcorn

Tea = 1 wholemeal bread with peanut butter and a WW yogurt

:break_diet::break_diet:I have no idea around this site only so sry i didnt find it earlier im 7 mths post op of the gastric bypass and havent got a clue wat to eat scared of getting sick why getting sick and so much more
