I tend to go for Maximuscle pro max as its quite a runny one, in caffee latte flavour I tend to add extra milk and coffee for a very coffee flavour.

Gone a little crazy lately, time to fess up! I have eaten too much junk lately & drunk too much coffee, must repent...

Wed
B - yogurt protein smoothie, lots of milky coffee
L - slice of crustless quiche
D - spicy thai chicken soup
Snacks - few grapes, 2 wedges of pineapple, 2 orange slices, 1 piece mango

Crap I ate: 1/2 no-sugar added choc bar, 1/2 blueberry muffin :eek: (yep, you read it right, BLUEBERRY MUFFIN full of fat & sugar) & too many twiglets

Thurs
B - oatmeal with dried fruit & nuts + lots of coffee
L - cottage cheese w/fresh pineapple
D - salami slices & cheese w/salad

Snacks - small slice of homemade dark sweddish rye (very dense) w/lf cream cheese, chai tea protein latte

Crap I ate: couple of handfuls of tortilla chips, 1/2 a no-sugar added choc bar
 
Yesterday:

T - Chicken curry
S - twiglets and a bit of a toffee apple

well i have been living off hospital canteen food for the past couple of days so its feels like i have lived off beans and cheese. topped off with a portion of black peas last night.
was certainly windy during the night
 
Yesterday:

B - oatmeal w/fruit & nuts, too much coffee:eek:
L - 2 slices dark rye w/cream cheese & salami
D - Jacket spud w/cottage cheese

Snacks - no healthy snacks

Crap I ate: tortilla chips (small handful), 1/2 choc bar & the bottom of my twiglet supply

Okay so today I was good!

B - omelette w/cheese
L - yogurt, 2 slices rye w/cream cheese
D - chicken & roasted veg

Snacks - protein latte & apple, moderate coffee but also had herbal tea as well!
 
Yesterday -
B - coffee
D - chilli
T - chicken (thighs) and a tablespoo of rice...rice sooo does not agree with me :(
Snacks - pack of crisps and an apple
 
Yesterday was a 'lets not mention it' type of day!

Today I WILL be better :)
 
I was about 3 months when I first had some quavers...but it really is a slippery slope hun - avoid them like the plague! I wish I had! :(

B - half a slice of wholemeal toast with beans
D - 2 slices of malt loaf
T - Chinese chicken curry
Snacks - hmmm a couple!
 
today i had
b = about 24 grams of curriosly cinamin ceral and a plum
d = half tin scotch broth soup and 2 laughing cow light cheese triangles.
t = three quarters of weight watchers chicken lemon risoto and a plum
s = low fat yoghurt with low fat cheese
 
B - Protein oatmeal
L - Spicy thai chicken soup
D - Moroccan bean salad
Snack - pinapple protein ice cream sundae
 
Today -
B - 2 slices of malt loaf and coffee x 4
D - tandoori chicken leg and salad
T - Chinese chicken salad
Snacks - Packet of crisps and apple
 
B - apple, banana
D - chicken salad
T - mixed meat with szechuan sauce
S - 3 pieces of bournville choc pack of crisps throughout the day x
 
Today:
One slice Ww brown toast + 1 slice wafer thin ham
Home made moussaka and veg (200g in total)
1/2 a Ww pitta with 15g lf cheese and 2 wafer thin ham

Snacks:
3/4 banana and 2 satsumas


Trying not to snack but I'm faaaailing... Tho I'm sure fresh fruit can't be bad for you!? And I'm addicted to satsumas!

T - Chicken roast potatoes roast tomatoes
Snacks - wel...here goes:
Pack of ryvita minis, plum, grapes, more shredded chicken and lotsa coffee!

Actually not too bad. Will have a plum again before bed x
 
Today:
Muller light and a banana
Home made goulash (200g)
Ww pita with 15g lowfat cheese and 3 wafer thin ham (managed about 4/5th of this)

Snacks:
1/2 a apple and 1/2 a satsuma
 
oh dear here's what i had today :(
B = small bowl of rice krispies
latte coffee
L = scrambled egg, piece grilled bacon,half grilled tomato
D = 1 piece roast chicken half dozen oven chips
snacks = banana, 2xspecial k bliss bar, mandarin plus 1 latte coffee and water

seems a lot to me does it to anyone else??
i have started to write down everything i eat so i can monitor myself. :)
