0900 3/4 Light Mini Baby Bell
1500 2 quorn mini sausage, 1 potato Smilie, gravy
1830 20pg (Protein Grams) Strawberry protein shake
 
B - sausage and toast
d - pack of quavers :(
T - chicken leg, roast potato and roast veg
snacks - lots of coffee made with powdered milk, water and a banana
 
B 2 tbs chocolate protein pudding (disgusting but 15gP)
L tuna and mayonnaise (10gP)
D cheese omelette (delicious) (12gP)

Snacks 2 x bananas
Drinks tea 1000ml. 1000ml sf squash

Protein 37g

1600 2 Grilled King Prawns with Lemon, 1 Wholewheat Crisp Bread with Extra Light Garlic and Herb Soft Cheese
1900 2 Wholewheat Crisp Bread with Extra Light Garlic and Herb Soft Cheese with 2 slices of Quorn Hams style slices

I tried Crispy today, and I loved it! Plus it went down really well! Its great to be able to try such a veriety of things these days!

T - half a muffin with 3-4 chips. was yummy!

Today:
1 low fat low cal sausage, 1 low fat low cal bacon round bit only, low sugar & low salt baked beans, 1 mushroom and 1 egg... (under 300 cals for all that! mind you it only weighed 208g in total lol)

Kangaroo steak & salad, with small amount of red peper pasta.

cracker breads (3) with philly light and wafer thin ham


Snacks:
Bit of pineapple and mango.

0900 1 slice Beef (this didn't go down well as I had just had the Tranq that was the multivitamin)
1300 1 Baby bell, 1/2 slice ham, tiny bit of Ryvita.
2000 Pollock in herb butter, 1 Wholewheat Crisp Bread
 
B 2 tbs baked beans 1 milk loaf slice toasted (5gP)
L 4 slices of very thin ham, chopped and chewed (10gP)
D 3 tbs rice pudding and 1 tsp no sugar added strawberry jam (2gP)

Snacks 1 banana 1 mullerlight (6gP)
Drinks 1200 tea/coffee 1000 sf squash 400 fresh orange

Protein 23g
Fluids 2600ml
 
Tuesday 8th December

0900 1 slice Chicken, soft cheese spread, 1/2 mini Baby Bell
1130 2 Fish Fingers
1400 1 Ryvita Thin with Soft Cheese
1500 2 small Rost Potato's, 1 slice Chicken
1630 1 Options Hot Fudge Chocolate
1900 1/2 Chicken breast in breadcrumbs
2000 3 Ryvita Thins

I know it was very carb heavy, and much much more than I would usually eat in one day.

I am starting to keep a food diary to see if I am eating enough, no weight loss or inch loss happening, seeing if body is in 'starvation' mode.

9th December 2009

B : 1 Weetabix with warm SS milk - mug of lemon tea.

L : Sunday lunch puree - Small glass LS orange squash.

D : 1 Asda cheese omlette with a little extra LF cheese.


Snacks : Half banana and spoon vanilla diabetic ice cream - NOT something I usually do.
Half cup of Light hot chocolate.
