today:
1 ww sausage with an egg and beans
beef and salad with 15g lf cheese and 1/4 healthy living wrap

snacks:
1/2 apple
satsuma
spoon of peanut butter

Im shaking things up today, I read on someones post Shel said about changing things up, so if you usually have carbs for breakfast, try something else and I do usually have carbs for breakfast so this morning I am changing it and today I am going to try to eat a little more, as in healthy protein snacks and see if that makes a difference.

B : Small fresh fruit salad (apple, pineapple and banana) with fromage frai on top...only managed a tiny bit but it all helps.

L : Baked potato (no skin obv) with tiny bit of lf cheese.

D : Baked potato (as above) with tiny bit of cheese sandwich filler.

Snacks : Slice of melon
Laughing Cow Light cheese slice
Dairylea dunker

I realise that with lunch, dinner and the dunker part of one of my snacks that it is quite a lot of carbs but I was too tired to make something more complicated, will try harder tomorrow.

1000 Tin WW Tuna with Sweetcorn/Mayonnase [80]
1500 1/5 of a slice of ham on 1/2 teacake [50] - this was at the Buffet as there was very little 'bypass' friendly food! It was all sandwiches and pies! I think I did well considering I'd not had bread before.

:cry:i can't remember who it was but somebody put a post about sugar free diabetic choc being ok for us bypassers, well not for me it isn't :( just had Boots diabetic no added sugar Belgian Milk Chocolate & Orange Wafers, and feel sick and also very sleepy (chocolate tends to make me very sleepy) won't be tryin that again in a hurry, am slightly dumping now :( all cos i fancied a bit of chocolate grrrr

Awwww Sharon I have posted about diabetic chocolate in the past, I'm sorry if it disagreed with you! :( I have had it twice (usually when due on and desperate!) but only ever have a tiny bit, one little bar can easily last over a week! I know John said you have to be careful with diabetic stuff as too much of the sweetener in it can cause loo troubles.

Hope you are feeling better now,
Cuppa xx
