Gastric Bypass Daily Menus

latte - 10g
6" spicy italian sub - 21g
mini sausages - 6.5g
blue stilton cheese - 23.5g
brussels pate - 6g
cheese melts crackers - 5g
latte - 10g
trifle - 8g
banana - 2
latte - 10g

total = 102g
 
today:
2/3rds ww sausage, 2 lean healthy living bacon rounds, 2/3rds egg, 1 spoon beans and 1 ww bread
steak and salad with 30g spud.



Snacks:
1 orange
nuts
1 sugar free peanut butter cup

I hant postedfor a while due to eating rubbish -

Breakfast - 2 large coffee's with 2 gingerbread kids, a tangerine and grapes
Dinner - tin of soup (lentil dhal with bacon) and small granary roll
Tea - chicken stirfry
Lots of coffee - no water! Will try to get couple of pints in tonight!

Snacks - 2 more gingerbread kids, a necterine and a brazil nut, pint of water...hmmmm more water needed tomorrow me thinks!

Today:
Went out for lunch, and i ate a bit of garlic and tom chibatta with cheese (4 slices came, i ate one) then steak and salad

for dinner i had steak and salad wit a 40g spud and cheese

supper was 150 g low suger and salt beans with lf cheese

Snacks:
1/2 orange and 2/3rds apple.

Much better today :)

2 crackers, 2 spoons low fat cottage cheese, 1/2 orange and 1/2 a banana
Chicken in home made sauce, with broccoli, carrots, asparagus and green beans
beans, scrambled egg and cheese

snacks:
1/2 banana and 1/2 apple


I then got very hungry so had cheese on ww toast.

My cals for the dal only came to about 900.. if that!

Got hungry this evening so had another slice of wholemeal toast and an apple and necterine! Midnight snacking is back with a vengeance!

well I can eat a hell of a lot at mo, but that is no doubt to the amount I ate over the festive period. the soup I had yesterday was approx 3 quarters of a tin and a little wholemeal roll.
Soup today was a chicken leg with a clear liquid and barley.
I had 3 faggots and 3 chipped roast sweet potato.
1 slice of bread fills me
I would have no problem eating a full bowl of chilli or bowl of curry...meat doesnt fill me up much but spuds and bread do so try to only have em once a day but it doesnt always work like that! lol.
 
B - 2 milky coffees (400mls each)
an hour later 1 slice of soya & linseed toast with light magerine scrape, one single serve yogurt cup

L - skipped lunch as I slept late and sorta missed breakfast time!

D - 1/4 Chicken breast, 75g mixed steamed veg (carrots, peas, broc, red peppers), 3 tbsp mashed potatoes

Snacks - popcorn while watching a movie, 2 fruit & nut protein squares

Liquids - 2 milky teas (400mls), 1L water, 2 more milky coffees (400mls each)

I can chomp a whole chicken breast (small one, about 120g) and veg! I usualy mak emy meal weigh about 250g in total now :S


Today im mixing things up a bit - i have lost 4lbs since sunday, so thats all my christmas weight gone:) im trying to get more protien and stop snacking at night..

Breakfast:
beans with lf cheese, 1/2 slice ww toast, scrambled egg, made with 1 whole egg and 1 white from another egg (protien boost)

Lunch:
Steak with veg


Dinner:
2 crackers, low fat cottage cheese and an apple


Snacks:
1/2 banana and 1/2 orange

Had a big appetite today for carbs, we had a delayed New Year's feast!

B - several milky coffees, Protein fruit & nut square (homemade!)

L - 2 big slices of turkey, two spoons of green bean casserole, spoon of corn, 2 spoons mashed potatoes, 3 spoons stuffing w/gravy

D - slice of turkey, 2 deviled eggs, spoon of green bean casserole, bite of stuffing

Snacks - clementine, 2 apple oat protein bars (homemade!)
 
Day before yesterday

B - Corn flakes with 1 tbs of Clusters (made me slightly dump so no more Clusters for me even though there is very little sugar - I am super sensitive to dumping)
L - can't remember
D - tried to have potato and leek soup at work, I spent my lunch break cleaning it up where the round tray of the microwave had come off its wheels and spilt the whole lot everywhere) so had 2 tbs soup with one cracker

Yesterday
B - Corn flakes + ss milk small bowl
L - 3/4 cheese and brocolli pattie
D - 1 + 1/2 faggot

S - 0
D - approx 2 litres but not enough after lunch and had headache so serves me right

Today
B - 100g cottage cheese
L - 1 x faggot
D - 1/2 can potato and leek soup

S - 2 slices melon, 1 nectarine

Yesterday

Breakfast was non existant as it took 2 hours to get to work! Ended up having a banana and a necterine with lots of coffee
Dinner was half a tin of stewed steak
Tea was supposed to be a balti however I ended up having 2 shami kebabs which were AMAZING so Balti was to be for todays dinner....


Today
Breakfast was a necterine and a tengerine along with lotsa coffee
Dinner was chicken salad (I forgot my balti)
Tea will be balti or something with mince as I have it out defrosting at home
 
Yesterday...

B - 2 poached eggs on 1 slice brown toast
L - Chicken, Leek and Potato Soup with 1\2 pitta bread
T - Home made Spag Bol

Snacks - Carrot and Hummous and 2 Coffees :)

L - Packet of Pre Cooked Chilli and Mango Chicken from Tesco - 44g of Protein in 200g portion
T - Salmon Fillet with Asparagus

D - Litre of Water, Milk and Half a bottle of white wine.

D - chicken curry
T - a sausage and some black eyes beans...both horrid
Snacks so far - an apple, a necterine, some tinned orange segments - hungry now so off to tescos to stock up on more fruit and veg!

L - prawns & salad
D - leftover turkey slices w/gravy, 2 spoons of green bean casserole, 2 bites of stuffing

snacks - 4 low-carb ginger cookes, air popped popcorn, 2 squares dark s/f chocolate (melted and smeared onto ginger cookies, what? it is all low-sugar, I am allowed, I am not turning into a cookie monster...)

Fluids - 1L green tea, 1L sugar-free squash, lots of coffee, 1/2 glass wine

L - None - Wasnt hungry at all
T - Chicken Stir Fry with Sweet Chilli Sauce

D - Innocent Smootie, Loooooads of Flavoured Water
Snacks - Packet of Crisps and some Raw Peanuts
