Yesterday......
B - 2 pieces of toast with the crusts cut off with peanut butter on....
L - Spinach and Ricotta Canelloni
T - Hummous and Carrot
Coffee x 3
High carb day yesterday to mix it up, back to high protein today Dont want my body getting used to purely protein.......
Going out tonight tho so alcohol will be consumed, need to go on a run tomorrow to burn it off........
