Today....

B - 2 egg omlette with cheese, shallot and spinach
L - bought a baked potatoe with cottage cheese but only ate the cottage cheese as wasn't really hungry - small bottle of tropicana
T - Sushi

Drinks - latte and water
Snacks - some beef jerky
 
BREKKIE-Glass of fresh orange

LUNCH- cheese,carrot and raisens mixed with a little salad cream.

DINNER-curried chicken and cous cous
 
Tuesday 26th January

1300 1/2 Leftover WW Chicken, Mushroom and Potato Pie [150]

2100 1/2 WW Chicken and Dumpling Casserole [150]

Really bad day food wise as I got stuck at a family members house today, and everytime I tried to leave then someone else walked in that I had to stay and talk to... In the end I was there from 13:30 till 20:30! Naughty naughty Steph for not eating or drinking or exersising enough today!

Plus, on a side note, I have noticed that most of the times I put down for my 'first' meal of the day tend to be around 12:00. This is not me skipping breakfast!!! I always eat within an hour of waking up! But this looks odd as I work a lot of late evenings with all the meetings I have - so I tend not to wake till dinnertime! Lazy I know, but my days are slightly off at the moment!

Din - prawn salad
Tea - chicken stir fry
Snacks - half a small pot of hummus with babycorn - 2 oreo's and a pack of space raiders

Breakfast : 1 weetabix with semi skimmed milk

Lunch : 2 Ryvita with cream cheese, few grapes, couple of carrot sticks

Dinner : Pork and mash

'Snacks' : 3-4 grapes
Half ryvita with cream cheese
1 orange
Protein shake made with ss milk
Laughing Cow light cheese traingle.

Lots and lots of water and low sugar squash.

1630 Snack - 1 Cheese Pancake [100]

2030 Dinner - 20g Rice Noodles [80], 3 Sausage and Beans [75], Light Cheese Triangle [25]

Dinner...had a small (very small) bit of my hubbys chicken korma and rice (2 pieces of the chicken and a spoon of rice)
Snacks...water melon
Drinks...2 coffees, water and s/f squash

Just for me to record what I ate and why I ate it. I haven't lost anything for two weeks (I lost 4 pounds then) and have only gone down 4 pounds in 5 weeks. There must be a good reason for it, so this is my attempt to find out for myself where I'm going wrong.

Friday
B 2 tsp baked beans and sausage (Asda)
L 1/2 can beef broth soup, 1 Mullerlight
D corned beef hash and baked beans

Snacks 1 packet of beef crisps

Reasons (emotional/time management etc)
Only had 2 seconds to eat breakfast whilst going out the door and only managed 2 tsp of baked beans as they got stuck. Need to get up earlier! (I get up at 0530 for my early shift anyway, better make it 0515!!)
I felt able to eat such a large amount of food at lunch as it was sloppy. Am still unable to swallow more solid food so it's a catch 22 situation. I'll have to find some middle ground, more solid than soup but not solid either that I can take to work.
Snack - I felt OK about it, I planned ahead and took bottled water and the crisps with me. I fancied the nachos but really enjoyed the crisps, got to nibble at the flicks!

D 1 chicken breast (yay, managed to eat it) in lime and coriander sauce, spinach

Snacks popcorn with splenda, 2 Low sugar hot chocolate drinks

Reasons
Snack - Picked at popcorn all afternoon even though it wasn't very nice, while watching a film. Hot chocolate drinks felt like a real treat and filled me up. I felt that I could have eaten all day today, as it was a real lazy day, but the popcorn worked well.

13.30 - D - chicken jalfrezi cooked in slow cooker with 3 tablespoons of wholemeal rice
15.30 S - half a banana
19.00 S - 2 babybel lights
20.30 - T - fish pie as I got in so late!
20.45 - S - half an apple

Breakfast : 1 small pilchard in tomato sauce

Lunch : mini babybel light, 1 orange and an actimel

Dinner :

Mid Morning/Mid Afternoon : small handful nuts, ryvita with cream cheese.
