A typical day for me...
Breakfast - sml bowl all bran/fruit & fibre/1 weetabix, all with ss milk & added almonds
Lunch - side plate with 1 slice cooked chicken, some prawns/tuna/herring, 1 tbsp salad, 1 babybel light, 1 apple(peeled), few walnuts, 1tsp salad cream light.
Dinner - sausage casserole - 1 x l/f sausage, cass veg plus mixed beans/pulses, 1 new or roast potato, broccoli.
Evening - cadbury highlights drink or if hungry, 2 ryvita with s/f peanut butter and slice cheese, or fruit & lf cheese.
Fluids - between 2 - 3ltrs sf squash per day.
