Not really hungry today, it seems to go like that. One day I'm starving and the next I'm not bothered, long may it continue.
 
Today so far:
Up at 8.10
10 - 1.5 protein flap jack and pack of space raider crisps :(
12 - Minted lamb on brown bread
15 - necterine
19 - 3 tablespoons of vermicelli noodles and 3 spicy chicken wings

Lunch... 1 protein oat bar, 1 cupasoup with pasta.
Dinner...1 faggot, 1 tbsp peas and 2 new potatos
Snacks...1 protein oat bar
Drinks...2 coffees, 1/2 glass wine (yeuck) 1 glass j2o, 1 cup berry fruit flavour tea

Feel really fat around the middle today, and my jeans are tight. Don't know why but I wish it'd go away.

1300 Lunch: 1/2 WW sausage and root veg mash meal [150]

1430 Snack: 1 slice Seeded bread w/ peanut butter [100], Cheese Pancake [100]

2000 Dinner: 1/2 Chip Shop Chip Butty [400]


Friday 5th February

1100 Breakfast: 1 slice Seeded Bread [100], 1/2 egg scrambled [40], 10g Cheese [35]

1300 Lunch: 1/2 WW Chicken Masala [200]

1530 Snack: Seeded Bagel w/ Peanut Butter [200]

21:00 Dinner (Buffet @ Family 'Do'): 1 Chicken Drumstick [100], 1/2 Egg on T-Cake [100], 1/4 Egg Sandwich [75]

I don't think I did bad at the Family Buffet! On a better note: I got the job!

Saturday 6th February. A very Bad day I was a BAD BAD girl

breakfast...1 half of bagel toasted
Lunch...Nothing. Had a migraine so had a sleep.
Dinner...Nothing as felt better and dashed out to a school reunion
Snacks...a handful of macdonalds chips and 3 bites of the chicken of a chicken burger.
Drinks...2 coffees 5 glasses of wine......bad bad bad girl ( 1 glass an hour)

Saturday 6th February

1030 Breakfast: 3/4 6" Cheese Quesedilla (6" Lighter Tortilla [90], 2 Cheese Strings [140])

1330 Lunch: 2/3 Lighter Choices - Chicken, Baby Potatos, Carrots and Stringbeans [200]

1500 Snack: mixed Nuts and Yogurt Covered Rasins [100]

1700 Snack: Go Ahead Bar [75]

1830 Dinner: Quesadilla (6" Lighter Tortilla [90], 2 Cheese Strings [140], 6 King Prawns [20], Quorn Pieces [40]

A typical day for me...

Breakfast - sml bowl all bran/fruit & fibre/1 weetabix, all with ss milk & added almonds

Lunch - side plate with 1 slice cooked chicken, some prawns/tuna/herring, 1 tbsp salad, 1 babybel light, 1 apple(peeled), few walnuts, 1tsp salad cream light.

Dinner - sausage casserole - 1 x l/f sausage, cass veg plus mixed beans/pulses, 1 new or roast potato, broccoli.

Evening - cadbury highlights drink or if hungry, 2 ryvita with s/f peanut butter and slice cheese, or fruit & lf cheese.

Fluids - between 2 - 3ltrs sf squash per day.

I'm with you lisa, it's been nearly 9 months since my op and i dont think a days gone by without me having an ice lollie! After reading your post i might even invest in an ice crusher! my favourite lollies are delmonte 100% fresh orange juice-i could live on these!

Dinner... a small plate of cheese and potato pie, a tsp carrotts and gravy.
Snacks... a handfull cheese ball crisps 2 ice lollies
Drinks... Orange juice, 1 coffee, lemon and lime spring water, s/f squash
 
Ok so yesterday i went shopping and didnt but one piece of chocolate or pack of biscuits :eek: :happy036: I have decided to stop eating all the crap and get back on track :whip: so here goes with todays food diary
Breakfast = small bowl ready brek sprinkled with tsp sweetener and 1 piece toast
Lunch = 4 cream crackers 2 topped with egg mayo and 2 topped with scraping of butter
Dinner = small piece cod 1 boiled potato, green salad and s/f choc angel delight
Snacks = banana, clementine, pear, grapes and a strawberry muller rice
Drinks = 1 decaff skinny latte 200mls, and water

writing it down seems to be quite a lot but at least there's no chocolate or anything bad :happy036::bliss: lets hope i can continue this good behaviour :whip: am gonna give it a damn good try :)
 
Tuesday 9th Feb.
Breakfast..... 1 poached egg, 3 tbsp baked beans, 1 small rasher bacon.
Lunch..... 1 Ryvita, pink salmon and cu-cumber on it.
Dinner.... 1/2 a piece of breaded cod, 3 onion rings (small)
Snacks..... a few cheese ball crisps (small handfull)
Drinks...... 3 coffee, 1 500ml bottle peach water,2 capri sun pouches. 500ml Red apple flavour water.

I spoke with dietician yesterday, and told her that I was eating closer to 900 Kcal per day and that I have noticed a significant increase in the amount of food I can eat (normal at this stage, I know); and she told me that I STILL wasn't eating enough! I can't believe it, but I don't know how to eat MORE! I already feel like I am constantly eating as it is!

Hmmmmmmmmmm any comments welcome!

1300 Lunch: Tried to eat but Migraine was back... I really did try but I just felt sick!

2000 Snack: 1/2 Seeded Bagel [100], Tuna [100], 4 Potato Wedges [100]

Monday 8th February

1300 Lunch: 1/4 WW Chicken and Dumpling Casserole [100]
2000 Dinner: 1/2 Tray of Sushi [150]

Looking back at these two days I know they are not a really typical day for me! I could easily have added more snacks in there... only problem is that I have been suffering from Migraines over the weekend, and I was still recovering on Monday; so I was feeling sick for most of it and I couldn't face that much food!
