Sounds like your doing great Tinks! Leeds how is it going? I'm getting my bag sorted today for my 4am start tomorrow.... Long day I imagine. I'm so worried I'll never eat foods again but I know and have educated myself enough to realise you have to change your mind toward the food. I'm not going to loose weight blending mars bars etc.... Eat my healthy foods and every day... One treat... I'm hoping a Jaffa cake will suffice! Lol Hope everyone's doing great!!!! Will keep ya'll posted tomorrow..... Xxx hugs xxx
Bandedhun. Re shoulder it's all about the diaphragm. Apparently the diaphragm doesn't have problems but it shares a nerve with the shoulder. So when there is an issue with the diaphragm and in this case oxygen is blown into tummy to expand it for working on in the op, the diaphragm is not used to having a problem so the nerve takes the pain. Strange one. The reason I know is that this morning I drove the hour to my hospital to get banded. All robed up, stockings on and ready to go down then I had an almighty nose bleed and subsequently the ops been cancelled. Re the shoulder pain I had the anaesthetist explain it all to me this very morning. I've had a lot of stress so best it's left for now so I'm not joining you all on the mad march banditos bench. Sorry friends. But I will be joining you soon once things settle down xxx
