are you all thinking that's miles??? it's km/h pace...so really it's very slow, but obviously does include the 10 walk there and back too lol. You all thinking I'm superwoman, makes me chuckle xxx
 
Hey you're superwoman for getting out there and doing it! And it is amazing pace cause it's faster than if you were just sitting. ;)
 
Finished week 1 of c25k...didn't finish very strong, found today really tough. Think it's because I didn't eat very well yesterday perhaps? Lots of bad carbs oops. Oh well, I did it and so bring on week 2.

I am hun....my left hip is hurting though...god I feel old! Hope it gets better x

The great thing I found with c25k is that if I started a new week, but found I wasn't ready I could just do the rest of that week with the previous week's routine. Did that loads of times. :)
 
I have a slight issue with my left hip anyway, I went to get physio on it before now and was booked in for acupuncture for the day of my surgery (so obviously cancelled it, and never rescheduled, perhaps I should). It's really quite painful at the moment, but I'll see if it sorts itself out first. I don't think it helps that I sit at a computer all day either??

Yeah Jenna, I won't be afraid to repeat days or weeks, but if I can I'm going to aim to stick to it, as I can get easily unmotivated if I feel it's not working. I've been thinking today about my arms, they have obviously got a bit smaller but they are still so flabby and I'm worried they're going to turn into mega bingo wings. Do you think it's enough to lift cans of beans while I'm watching tv or should I be doing more, if so what?

Yeah you should maybe get that acupuncture booked to see if it helps! Oh my arms are terrible!! They have got much smaller and I have a big empty wing that flaps about :O you can actually see the outline of my smaller arm then the 'almost' empty skin underneath. I will def be getting an arm lift once I'm at target. Without a doubt xxx
 
I'd say food cans would be decent to start with... then when you can, try 5-8lb weights. OR, if you can find those exercise bands, those are quite good. Stand in the middle of them and pull. I really should start working on my arms, but I kinda don't feel like it. lol So lazy and impatient right now. But you're doing amazingly! So whatever you start doing for your arms will only improve the situation. :)
 
See I won't be able to afford that :(, so I need to try and alleviate it as much as I can now. I'll ask a PT friend of mine and see what he says :) x

Sometimes I don't feel like I'm doing well enough, but then I look at this photo and think...fair play girl, you've got lot less booty. Haha. I'm not losing anything this week so far, with TOM visiting. But it's all ok, these photos have made me smile :) x
