Aww Shelley she is gorgeous, I love to watch them playing outside! chrisa how adorable, honestly I could have a house full. I did want another one but for the first time in my married life my husband put his foot down and said no! Lol. Havnt got a clue how to put a pic on here but I'll try and Sus it out! Xxx

I copied n pasted it from face book it was easy, n i'm not echnical I ahve been to bed and got back up my head is still bad I had paracetamols at bout 9.30 n worse trying to lie down so here i am. xx:8855:
 
Today been ok but am still little stressed, head still bad,

todays menu
B Special k with ss milk
S raisins n sultanas little snak box
L chicken, strawberries, 1 plum
D Chicken, stuffing, cabbage, carrots, turnip, puddn n gravy
water n tea
 
Today's menu

Breakfast milky coffee
Lunch. Oxtail soup
Dinner oxtail soup and touch off purred mash
Snacks cheese triangle nas juice 2 mugs black tea
 
Nearly fainted several time today. Any ideas anyone??

B - weetabix and milk.
L - chicken, swede, mash & gravy.
T - same as above.
S - 2x petit filous yogurts.

Usual drinks and walk.
 
You are eating well though Chrisa, which is great seeing as your still stressed. Hopefully each day will get a bit better.

My doggie seems to be on the mend. Walking without a limp and responding well to pain killers, going to do some x-rays at work on friday and hopefully get this managed so thank for the well wishes :)

Today's menu -
Breakfast - 1 crumpet.
Lunch - 2 crackerbreads with lf feta and grapes.
Dinner - Home made meat balls - literally just squished some turkey mince into a couple small ball shapes and cook them in a pot, with 30g's of Philadelphia and 50ml of skimmed milk and a tea spoon of gravy powder. Trying to create a low fat ikea meat balls lol. Had a little brocolli with them.
Snack - A small banana.

Great exercise day today, gym and swimming :) Drinks were my usual water and tea with soya milk.

paula hope youre feeling better soon and like others have said, get it checked out. chrisa im pleased youre feeling a little better today but again if these headaches persist you must also get them checked out. shelley im pleased youre little pooch is on the mend. im really missing mine now being back at work :-( wow maya you have done amazingly well, i bet it wont take long before you reach youre goal. you are such an inspiration. well iv lost another 2lbs this week so im pleased. Hope everyone is having a good evening xxx
 
Thats very naughty what you doing getting on the scales between weekly weigh ins? Thats why you shouldn't do it, hand smacked. Lets hope by the time it comes round again you will have lost 3 or 4 lb then, be another nice chunk off for ya xx

i love the sound of the meatballs in ikea type sauce. was it a sucess?? if so its definitely going on my menu. i'm looking for new ideas
