You are eating well though Chrisa, which is great seeing as your still stressed. Hopefully each day will get a bit better.
My doggie seems to be on the mend. Walking without a limp and responding well to pain killers, going to do some x-rays at work on friday and hopefully get this managed so thank for the well wishes
Today's menu -
Breakfast - 1 crumpet.
Lunch - 2 crackerbreads with lf feta and grapes.
Dinner - Home made meat balls - literally just squished some turkey mince into a couple small ball shapes and cook them in a pot, with 30g's of Philadelphia and 50ml of skimmed milk and a tea spoon of gravy powder. Trying to create a low fat ikea meat balls lol. Had a little brocolli with them.
Snack - A small banana.
Great exercise day today, gym and swimming
Drinks were my usual water and tea with soya milk.
