hi shelleymarie

i love the sound of the meatballs in ikea type sauce. was it a sucess?? if so its definitely going on my menu. i'm looking for new ideas

ta:D

Well it didn't really taste like the ikea version as I'm pretty sure they use cream in their recipe but it was nice. Just Philadelphia extra light and skimmed milk in a pan until it melts and thickens, with a teaspoon of gravy granules. I used turkey mince for the balls but extra lean beef would be good and you can use a egg to bind them if they aren't sticking. Hope you like it. Think it would taste alright with out the gravy or maybe add some tomato puree or mustard for different flavors :) x

She loved it and calorie counting HRM says I burnt a massive 887 cals, nearly as much as at the gym. It might have been because I was listening to a scary book on my ipod. Think it got my heart racing at times, especially being in the middle of no where, with no one around lol :D

Yay, glad you are back and hugely impressed with your exercise. Well done! fingers crossed for good loss this week :) xx

Glad to be back!!! really missed all you guys! But had an amazing few days with my cousin, and we hiked all over the place, and I could not believe how I could just walk so far and not be out of breath or in pain it was amazing!! It really is like being a different person in so many respects....

It certainly is nice to be able to go out an dwalk and walk, we used to do a lot of walking me n my hubby when we were courting and when we got married but over the last 18 year or so I have had heel spirs n plantar fascitis which is very painful indeed and stoppe dme from doing anything ither than going to and from work they used to be excruciatingly painful even resting them on an evening. Now I can just get up and go thats what I like most, plus I am up the top floor for science some lessons and its 3 stories used to be outta puff but not now. xx If i wasn't so stressed with work and my son life would be ok xx Just want to run n hide some days but am hanging on in there am like a dog with a bone, I don't give up easily, even when I feel like this, if they want rid they will have to do it kicking n screaming i aint guna make it easy. xx

No I agree, don't you dare make it easy for them chrisa!!! But I cannot imagine that they would want to lose someone with your professional capabilities.. Really hope things settle down for you at work and with your son... Did you think about going to the GP for some anti depressants, or something to help you get through this ??

b. baked beans on 1 slice of wholemeal toast
l. dunkers and a banana
d. chicken korma made with morrisons low fat sauce , some chicken from previous nights dinner , mushrooms and onions

snacks - dairylea and crackers

starting to worry as eating all the above and STILL feel hungry

I have not been to docs yet am hoping once this gets sorted will be able to do this myself. I may have to go on the sick if i goto see gp and I have a few things on and can't do that and be off work so am playing the game for now, have been weighed and managed to put on 2 lbs, thats because I am snacking on crap only odd bit but, no exercise and a bit of crap over the last 3 weeks now has taken its toll. Knew it was guna happen guna have to knuckle down while I am off work, exercise and chill out can't be putting weight on, am not guna beat myself up though would have been much worse before the op. xx
