Well it didn't really taste like the ikea version as I'm pretty sure they use cream in their recipe but it was nice. Just Philadelphia extra light and skimmed milk in a pan until it melts and thickens, with a teaspoon of gravy granules. I used turkey mince for the balls but extra lean beef would be good and you can use a egg to bind them if they aren't sticking. Hope you like it. Think it would taste alright with out the gravy or maybe add some tomato puree or mustard for different flavors x
