Todays menu below! but a complete disaster in truth.. All the wrong choices and managed to consume over 850 calories and far too many grams of fat and carbs......

L 150gm Turkey breast, 30gm roast beef & 100gm potato salad.
D 30gm Turkey breast & 50gm potato salad & 50gm coleslaw
S pkt walkers light crisps
S Ski L/F Mousse
Protein 84.5 - Calories 880 - Carbs 54.5gms - Fat 42gms
Drinks 25gm protein shot - litre NAS - 2 cups tea - 1 cup black coffee
The potato salad and coleslaw I had was full fat and it didnt make me at all ill, so am really going to have to exercise some serious self control over my food choices...
