bypass daily menu -

b - scrambled egg with milk and cheese
sn - milky coffee
l - 2 crispbread with pate
sn - 3 seafood sticks
d - chicken and broccoli casserole with one ice-cream scoop mash and soft cheese for protein(could only eat about half the mash)
sn - will have a hot chocolate later.

this gives me about 51g protein. And approx 613 cals. Have attached a pic of my dinner as I'm worried it is too much. Smushed it with my fork before eating it. Was yummy! (that is a soup bowl by the way - not a big bowl!) from silver line to silver line it is about 6 inches

What do you guys think?

Doesn't look too much. Good protein and veg. Did your pouch feel ok after?

Today:

1/4 mattesons smoked sausage with reduced sugar/salt beans
Skinless oven steamed chicken with teaspoon of stuffing, carrots and onion (twice today. See pic for details lol)
Chicken in homemade broth with veg

Drinks NAS cordial, instant tea with peppermint tea added (skimmed milk powder)

Treat will be a highlights. Not eaten as much as planned. I will see how I go over the week xxx

That's good :D if your pouch is fine it's always a great sign :)

feel super paranoid. My boyfriend is trying to tell me I am doing the right thing, but am seriously worried about how much I can eat. Gah.

Thanks Chrisa :) You are a star xxx

Its the little things like this what drive you crazy when you are unsure, then begin to doubt yourself and then you get sick and we need to keep up beat if we guna crack this new healthy eating regime. Thats what we are all here for to share views ideas etc. xx

Thanks him feeling better now. Just thought that I would get the you don't want more food signal from my pouch.

You are so lucky you're not having any issues with food. I would love to be able to eat what you had on your plate Yve. I can manage a couple of forkfuls then that's me which is why I reckon my immune system is so run down and I'm picking up bugs etc

Thanks hunni - I was so worried about not being able to eat things and am half relieved and half worried. Can only imagine how frustrating it must be when there are things your pouch won't put up with.

your plate looks just like mine ( wilkos by chance ? ) , i didn't answer earlier as i couldn't see the pic on my phone , but now on lappy i can .

I'm going to try a bit more today I think it may be the fear factor with me that it may come back up again that I'm not eating enough variety
