Breakfast - 30g start right cereal n skim milk
Lunch - slice turkey, one and a half new potatoes, French beans in sauce, cabbage, stuffing
Dinner - slice turkey, three garlic olives, one pickled onion, one baby gherkin, small slice stuffing, one baby beet, two new potatoes
Snack - 25g edamame beans
One tbsp stewed rhubarb with sprinkle sweetner
Lots of tea, water and NAS juice
Can't wait for the weather to improve, I've noticed I do snack when its just me bumbling round the house and I don't really snack all week, want to nip that in the bud but for now I keep snacks healthy. Made the stewed fruit after another week of toilet trouble! Hopefully it will sort it lol - going to set timer on my mobile for eating again at the weekend xx
