Today:

Glass of ss milk with NAS crusha
Carvery (ejected beef lol) 2 bites of Yorkshire, two teaspoons of stuffing, inside of half a small roast potato, tiny piece of turkey
LM veg sausage and beans
LM veg sausage and beans with a tiny piece of my partners bacon

Drinks cordial, sf flavoured water, coffee, tea and peppermint tea

From tomorrow I am switching to protein and low carb veg. Also going to make 6 smaller meals of them. I am listening to my body :D

D 2 cappuccino and 1 latte (all skinny) and 2ltr water

Calories 1196 (hight for me, Tutt! And 72g protein)

Felt tender this morning with a slight hangover. Lol x
 
I was going to avoid tracking calories, but have had a free gold membership to Shape up for ages and decided to do it as I wanted to see how I was doing protein wise - only 30g yesterday. So I'm on a protein mission. Managed 499 cals though so not too worried about cals at this stage.

Its a thick greek yoghurt, some people think it is Total 0% or something? The brand is actually fage but the word total is written bigger on it.

Yep that's the one total 0% - lovely made savoury with minced garlic salt n pepper or with sweetner, you will be more than welcome to join Louisa!
Worked out my loss averages out at just under four pounds a week so really happy with that :) I have to try on my clothes every weekend :) its so good to get on the scales each week and not dread the result!

Breakfast - 30g start right cereal n skim milk
Lunch - slice turkey, one and a half new potatoes, French beans in sauce, cabbage, stuffing
Dinner - slice turkey, three garlic olives, one pickled onion, one baby gherkin, small slice stuffing, one baby beet, two new potatoes

Snack - 25g edamame beans
One tbsp stewed rhubarb with sprinkle sweetner



Lots of tea, water and NAS juice

Can't wait for the weather to improve, I've noticed I do snack when its just me bumbling round the house and I don't really snack all week, want to nip that in the bud but for now I keep snacks healthy. Made the stewed fruit after another week of toilet trouble! Hopefully it will sort it lol - going to set timer on my mobile for eating again at the weekend xx
