It must be really difficult facing redundancy chrisa and an uncertain future!! Its no wonder you are feeling low. But you know the old saying "as one door closes another opens" well I'm sure that's true and a much better job is out there with your name on it.. xx
 
Yeah thats what I keep saying to peeps but only half believe it at mo, my bible study group meets back up gain on Thursday so that will help as well, just need help but of what kind i am unsure. Tomorrow will be brighter, xxthanxxx

That's all I take apart from forceval and my B12 every three months. I'm having my full bloods done in a month, so I'll find out then if I need to take anything else :)
 
Evening all, here's my menu for today.

B - WW lemon greek yogurt.
L - 110g slow cooked lamb, tsp of mash, swede, carrot, french beans, asparagus, mint sauce. Sml roast potato and gravy.
T- 2 tbps of home made chilli con carne, 2 tsp of half fat creme fresh.
S - Sugar free Jelly.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, water nas squash.
Exercise 30 min walk.
 
Don't go chrisa, I'm sure its just a blip, you are losing and with all the stress you have on its an amazing feat!

B- melba toast, lf Philly, grapes
L- six king prawns, cuecumber, lf philly, seafood sauce, melba toast
D- slow cooked lamb, sugar snaps, baby corn, gravy

Snack - 5 special k balsamic vinegar crisps (moreish)

Tea and a small fresh oj takes cals to approx 650 still a bit too low at hospital tomorrow for year check (im 11 months post op tomorrow) so we shall see what they say about it all xx
 
6lb loss this week, so hopefully kick started the loosing again.

B: diet protein shake with strawberries and marvel.
L: apple, banana slice wholemeal bread
D: mince stuffed pepper... Was delish will defo be making them again!!!!
S: Ww Greek style yog
4 quality street.

Well problem is if I start to feel its getting me down its time to go and I know that if you are all still losing and I am struggling I will end up being down and depressed and will wnat to keep eaten things I dont need dont want to fall in that trap again, thats why I will never go back to ww. Its my head, playing tricks, plodding on at mo, but thanks Amanda xx

Mayo even if its only 1 size 10 dress it doesn't matter, it fitted that's all we need to know, and with the rate your loosing I'm sure everything you will be wearing will be a size 10 you've done amazingly, well done.

Hello Sukay nice to see someone else posting on here, it's great to see what others are eating, and also documenting what your having so you can see it in black and white for yourself.

Chrisa, please don't leave, let people try and help , I know how frustrating it is when your not loosing weight or are even putting on weight because recently I've been in that same situation, but as others have said everyone's journey is different and people loose at different rates. If you can, take some inspiration for meals from what we are all posting. I know your going through a lot and everything on top of loosing weight isn't helping, but try and get your head into the space of where you were before you had the surgery and also look at how far you have come, yours may be a slow journey but you really have done so so well it's amazing. Try to concentrate more on how far you've come as apposed to how far you have left to go, and if its possible maybe try going back to basics again and see if you can get the last few pounds moving. But please don't just disappear.xx

...and you cant go, I need your sagely advice! Us newbies look to the likes of you, and others on here for where we need to go - some might not post, but may lurk and go unnoticed, but it would be noticed if you went.
More of the long termers leave, and its left a gap in 'what should I expect in .....months/years time'.
Im early days, and I look to others food diaries all the time, for ideas etc.

Hope you are having a positive day Chrisa.. And as far as clothes sizes go, I thought you looked great in that last pic regardless of what dress size you were wearing, you looked slim and healthy.. A dress size is only a label xxx

Went to my GP and have got started on the loading dose of Vitamin D3, that I now have to take for six weeks to try and get my levels up, and also he has given me an iron supplement, and I have to have another loading course of B12 injections also, had the first one today.. What a palava!!!

Todays menu:
B 100mls Skim Milk, 4 melba toast & 16gms Marmite
L Healthy living Gammon steak, egg, 100gm new potatoes
D 4 crackerbreads, 40gms L/F philly & 100gms Deli turkey
S 100gms Cantaloupe Melon
S Penguin Wafer biscuit

Protein 75gms - Cals 800 - Carbs 60gms - Fat 26gms
Drinks 1.5 litres NAS (so far) - cup black coffee - cup green tea - 50mls prune juice - 50mls orange juice

I am trying to not be so carb conscious but concentrate on upping my protein intake to see if that will kick start some weight loss this week.... I suppose it is all trial and error to see which works best for an individual..
 
Hi have been ok today have just got my official notice tonight it is now in black n white bout my redundancy date 31st March. It has dampened things down a bit again but my daughter is coming home tonight so she can go to the docs in morning think we are going to look on various sites to upload my cv, she is more technical than me at these kind of things. Need to get this done so that I can look to the future and get back on track.

S fridge raiders 1 bag
D bacon, 1 skinless thin walls sausage, 1 piece of black pudding all oven cooked with mushrooms and tomatoes oven cooked a swell. Guna be far too much there I know I won't be able to eat it was fancying black pudding at the weekend so guna get tonight xx

Have had some chocolates 5 throughout the day and a biscuit (naughty) didnt need them but have had them, this is where the problem is the more stressed I get the more I will pick at them and have them in my mouth before I know whats goin on. Doesn't sound a lot but is guna tell on scales day after day. xx

Ahh I'm sorry to hear that Chrisa. I hope your lucky in finding another job. Don't beat yourself up about the chocs etc, its perfectly natural if your stressed, it's not easy xx
