Breakfast 3 spoons of oat so simple
Dinner 1 cream cracker with grated cheese (thinly spreaded flora light) & a handful of edamame beans
Tea tortilla pizza with tomato purée, pesto, thinly sliced chicken, and grated cheese. ( my family love these)
Snack- cashews

It really is. Can only eat a quarter of mine, which my husband is glad of. He loves my leftovers. For him and the kids I do like a stuffed crust version. It's just one tortilla at the bottom with a layer of toppings and then a second layer. Fills them up good and proper x
 
Breakfast - four pieces peach in natural juice, half a Muller fat free Greek yoghurt, half a portion start right cereal sprinkled on top
Lunch - two melba toast with lf Philly and smoked salmon on top two baby gherkins, one pickled onion
Dinner - half an individual homemade fish pie 1/4 tin mushy peas
Snack 15g roast salted edamame beans

Essential Waitrose - Cream of Tomato Soup, 200mls Cals 86 Protein 1

Dinner
Waitrose - Green Thai Chicken Soup, 200mls Cals 138 Protein 8

Tropicana Pure Premium 250ml - Smooth Orange With No Bits, 1 Bottle 250ml Cals 118 Protein 2
Starbucks - Tall Soya Latte, 1/2 cup Cals 55 Protein 4

Totals Cals 473 Protein 20
 
Fage mixed with pouring yoghurt
Reduced sugar/salt beans with sliced mattesons sausage (struggled to keep it down)

Not kept anything down since :( I left my lansaprozole at my flat yesterday and I think thats what has affected my pouch.

I can drink and gonna stick to hot drinks and celebrity slim shakes for now and see how I go.
 
Id say that was best any vomiting let things calm down for a couple of days on liquids only then go slowly up the steps again x
 
Thanks for that May. I do think that is best, as my pouch feels really unsettled and grouchy xxx

L - pepperoni & cheese on toast

B: 125ml strawbery slimfast shake
L: 3 ounces grilled chicken woth gravy( felt a bit sick after)
D: 3 tbsp tuna pasta

Sn: babybell light and fruit in juice
 
early morning - milky coffee
Breakfast - 1/2 oats so simple with milk
lunch - 1/6 of a quiche
snack - 2 tbls tuna and pesto (an experiment I won't repeat - yuck! lol)
dinner - half birdseye salmon piece, 2 tblsp veg and 2 tblsp potato mash with mint sauce.
evening - options with milk

cals -876 protein 57!

Feel like I've had a good day today despite my pound on. have been more careful about controlling my portions and plating up small amounts rather than aiming to leave some as I suck at that. feel a bit more in control but next week will tell.
 
Four and a half lbs off this week smiling like a Cheshire cat as a get ready for a looooong walk round the lakes to boost next weeks loss xx
 
Well done , enjoy your walk . I need to get off my arse & do some type of exercise but lack enthusiasm lol x

I started exercise this week. I was cleared for swimming and done a gentle amount on my cross trainer. Lost 4.5lbs. So I think exercise may be key for me. Plus my eating has been more balanced.

Good luck at the gym May :D xxx
